I'm not seeing an €80m player. It's fine to gamble huge sums on potential every once in a while, but what we need now are players at the top of their game now. For that money, we can get 1 or 2 players who are world class or close to that level.

Not explained in the tweets but we have actually agreed on a price (60m Euros). We just haven't agreed on the structure of payment. We want to pay 40m and have 20m in bonuses. Benfica want more upfront and less in bonuses.
