Fun fact, so far there are 285 different shows voted for, including Coronation Street, but not one single mention of:

Also, I'm the only voter of Marianne... if you haven't seen that and you fancy a bit of horror, honestly try it. It's fantastic.
 
Also, looks like I'll have to refer to iMDB as there are about 8 shows all tied at number 50 and half of them aren't scored by Metacritic.

When I pulled back my international votes I considered putting Spartacus just for Lucy Lawless but I couldn't do it in the end

A lot of those have only had or only are single season so I imagine that hurts. Twilight Zone is an interesting call out though

Blackadder and Only Fools are getting votes. Half of Star Trek TNG's run was in the 80s as well.

I feel like most of the caf are around their 30s, so there won't be loads of older shows generally.

I haven't checked the other lists but I added some K Dramas but Squid Game couldn't make it.

all excellent and TBH forgot about some of them, but still would not be in my top 15, maybe Queens Gambit.
Twilight Zone, if you include the new ones, for me there is too many forgettable episodes.
Not seen Marianne, I will check it out.

Out of curiosity: have you seen the newer seasons too (past 1-3)? I watchted some of S4 once it came out but found it not nearly as good and thought it best to keep memory of 1-3 intact and untainted. Worth a shot?

I've seen it all yeah. 1 - 3 is the golden era. Season 4 is ok but takes a while to come together and Season 5 is just bad. IIRC they extended the length of the episodes which didn't help.
