Unfortunately I agree. Cleverly does a good job of keeping the ball moving for us, Kagawa does too but not today, think he needs lots of us to attack to get the best out of him or when we are dominating a game.

Def need more possession. Jones using his strength well. I think taking rafa off (on a yellow and needs to put in the challenges against ronaldo), moving jones to right back and putting in cleverly would be a good idea. but saf almost never makes half time changes so prolly wont happen.

We knew that we'd be under a lot of pressure at their house so the only thing that matters is we have rode the storm reasonably well, however I think we need to do more when we have the ball as the long one over the top to Kagawa is not getting us anywhere and not giving our defense any respite.

Why would you take of RVP? He is at least trying to hold the ball up. If we can just get some passes going instead of just hoofing it up field.

Plenty of people called it, that when we came up against a strong team ala Madrid/Barca, our midfield would get shown up, and it has. We have absolutely no foothold there.
