Is being high on the list for "most tackles" ever a good thing? Would think that is more indicative of your team being shite and never having the ball versus being a great defender - because Moreno is a terrible defender.

The manager, the signings, the fee's - they're all brand savers.

This has nothing to do with football success. Sure Maureen will tell you that its about winning trophies - but up on high, sitting in the Glazer sex dungeon, sits a man, in a nappy, in a cot, getting whipped, praying that they get into the CL. Another year out and the crumble will be well and truly underway.

They need high impact, hit the ground running, get us back into the CL, players. Is there longevity to these signings? Probably Pogba(if he does arrive) and Bailley, the rest Maureen included - are panic buys to "get us back up there".... align that to a still very slow and one paced team and you have to wonder what is the reasoning behind these signings. Overhaul or just get us over them?

Really can't tell anymore if they are terrified or really just stupid.
Pogba now costs £200million...ok. We're paying Zlatan, Mkhi, Bailly and Pogba an average wage of £375,000 a week...sure.
Even if the deal is as reported and we do end up shelling out £160million on this lot, it's only 30% of our turnover for the year. It's hardly going to bankrupt the club like this lot seem to think.

If Liverpool managed to sign just one of Pogba, Zlatan or Mkhitaryan their forum would break instantly.

I guess the advertisers assume someone does- they keep sponsoring them. Maybe they do, I don't know, but they are very easy money- only cost a bit under £2k to produce, so there's a massive margin on them.
