How hilarious has this page been. fecking cracking quotes. Never ceases to amaze me. Hilarious stuff.

No really. feck off to the rival squad to talk about how shit their squad is.

I am curious to know if all Liverpool fans are psuedo City fans these days? I don't come across many, in fact not any, but Steve McMahon just doesn't miss an opportunity to defend them and diss United.

I have a feeling that it might be true with many Liverpool fans.

When the moderator asks for Steve's opinion of anything related to United, note the sly smile on his face. He knows what Steve would say.

We say finishing 6th or above is a reach for them - but why? Their ability to lure players, transfer spend and wages are all top 6 or higher.

Why is so much slack cut to them? It's not like this is some bargain basement squad.

If I were Henry I would benchmark Rodgers on his performance relative to other teams who spend similarly on wages. That is, in the end, what determines how strong a squad is. If it over-performs, it's on the manager, and it it under-performs it is too.

This.

I don't get it.
First they're saying that their team is one of the best and that their starting XI is also one of the best in the PL, and now Suarez is supposed to be the PL's best player?
Something doesn't add up, they're 13 points off the top after 10 games, in the bottom half of the table, yet they've got the best player and one of the best teams?

They should just make up their mind and decide what they're gonna stick with, cause doing it both ways doesn't make any sense.

So bent.

It really is a bit pathetic how they'll slap "JFT96" or the like on this sort of thing. Could you imagine a banner having a go at another team with a random Munich memorial thrown in on the side?

This is the sensible method of evaluating the success of a manager or clubs performance. The rules to measure that performance you mention are logical.

However these rules do not apply to anything related to LFC

To be fair to Rogers, he wasn't the one who chose/negotiated contracts with the majority of these players.

It's simple. Mr. Alex Ferguson is paying referees, manipulating media/Fa and other things.

Conspiracy to keep Liverpool down.

The RAWK lot (not the general Liverpool supporter; just this special (in every way!) subset) are just unbelievably giddy. Like this one, bless!

Suarez goal is not goal of the month, not even goal of the season, IT IS GOAL OF THE DECADE! Maybe ever!

Suarez is better then Best now

The man is truly, truly remarkable. Once a generation you get to watch someone who takes your breath away. Best did it on occasion, Gazza every now and again, Marsh could make you shake your head in disbelief from time to time.

FFS - Suarez seems to do it 3 or 4 times a match.

In fairness, Luis is just misunderstood.

The most amazing thing is that you've probably only got about half of his worst moments there. The sniper shot/lasso leg dive and the Rafael hair pull aren't in there, for example. Nor is the karate kick to Parker's stomach or the stranglehold on Ivanovic. He's prolific, you have to give him that.
