Ah, I didn't realise it. I thought he left Ajax before they eventually managed to make it into Champions League. Still, at some point he'll get the feeling that he could be achieving more and he'll leave Liverpool. He fits in well there as a person but ability wise he's streets ahead of anyone else in that Liverpool team and they haven't really shown any signs of imminent improvement since his arrival. If anything they are worse now than they were back then.
