It will be a walkover then. What little I saw was beautifully edited, it really captured the very essence of the madness going on there.

If only there were a TIMING category, it was the best period to run this for in recent memory. Ending the season on a roll but losing the FA Cup final, Kenny out, Brendan's pre-season, the real belief that IT'S ON, then getting raped by West Brom. Brilliant.

Even the Torres exit and Carroll arrival wouldn't have delivered such an accurate X-ray of Liverpool Football Club.

Time after time they make the same mistake, Ruud leaves, Beckham leaves, Ronaldo leaves. Each time they proclaimed it to be the end of us as a competitive force. They've been so reliant on one or two individuals for so long that they assume the same is true of all teams, they just don't get it.

The difference is that SAF making those big speeches to the players can make sense as he's a legendary coach but on that show you Rodgers acting like the messiah of football, like he was gonna change everything at Liverpool.

As the old saying goes; form is temporary, class is permanent. Van Persie probably has outperformed both Bale and Mata in more number of matches this season. Also just because someone has a dip in form doesn't mean their overall value goes down. Bale has now had a small run of bad matches yet you've still included him as one of the best players in the league.

This shouldnt be such a big debate its pretty obvious thats not how its meant.

People are a bit precious about RVP, hes been a world class player for most of the season, but it would be stupid to say he is currently playing as one of the best in the league, Bale has only played averagely in about a fortnight max.

As I have already stated anyway its not as though I was stating them as facts I was stating that out of the total delusion in rawk, like claiming Glen Johnson to be better than Rafael, that saying Suarez was currently the best player in the league was not exactly deluded.

Tbh I hate it when people use a few months of form to judge if a player is the best. You have to judge over about 2 seasons. Rooney is still one of the best players in the premier league. That hasn't changed just because he's not had an awesome season.
