I fecking hate Stoke. Shit football, annoying fans. We deserved about 4 goals there, we should forget about this result. 3 possible pens for us, 2 definate and a dubious goal for them. No bias, just honesty. We battered them, deserved a win.

Last season does seem a long time ago now...
 
I thoroughly enjoyed that match. We played with serious heart and ability. Don't give a shit about the ref, the pitch, or Stoke, that's just fecking football. What matters is we showed that we have the ability to take apart almost any team if we can dominate Stoke like that.

Unlucky that we didn't get the points, but I won't dwell on it, we're almost there and we're certainly getting fourth.

Talking about Coates, and i took it as him being sarcastic seeing as that comment came just after Jones had made that brilliant run leading to the Rooney goal.

The only reason Henderson is a more involved player than Cleverley is because he keeps hitting the ball back to himself when he bounces it off the opposition player 3 times in a row despite Suarez stood next to him screaming for the ball.

Their threads on Carragher always get locked because there is a core of 3 or 4 posters who claims he got Rafa sacked because he wanted the club to more English, etc. It's quite a funny read. Makes Carragher out to be the Don Juan of the dressing room. Refusing to be a squad player, holding back young talent, putting pressure on managers through the media, negotiating a new long term deal when the club was on the verge of bankruptcy to secure his own position and having desires to be one day be the manager himself. The getting Rafa sacked stuff is pure X Files.

That person speaks like Suarez and Jones are two young and upcoming talents trying to make their mark. Suarez is a fully fledged international and is 5 years older than Jones :lol:
