RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2011/2012)

It's no different to what was being said on here in fairness. He just happened to end up there.

I just wonder if this forum would try to brush it under the carpet as much as those gimps do. In fairness, if you try to rationalise it you could say that he's one of their very, very few "heroes" who provides them with a touch of class. They'll defend him to the hilt as they're starved of it, whilst we've been saturated in it for the last couple of decades.

Hahah so funny. Suarez is a megacunt and everybody knew it. It's great they try and defend him to the hilt. 'Never dives', 'goes down easy but doesnt dive', 'great finisher and world class striker'..

Lol 11+3 in 31 league games was absolutely rubbish according to their standards and expectations.

Carroll didn't score half as many and cost 35M so I can see where they are coming from. But then, even OG outscored Carroll

Is this the point where we close this thread and open a new one or do we wait until the first meltdown?

That is laughable. I love that they honestly think they're players are that good. Embarassing really. One thing I don't understand is the love for Johnson. I have a Liverpool supporting mate, who is knowledgeable who thinks he's dire. Best right back in the league? Having a laugh.

Also they exaggerate the partnership of Agger and Skrtel whom in no way is the best in the league, they think that Reina is the best keeper in the league, that Lucas is as good as Busquets and that Carroll will turn into a world beater.

About Gerrard, he really is good and still one of the best midfielders in the league, but his fitness and if he can stay injury free for all season is a big dilemma.

It's the Godwin's Law of RAWK, "As a RAWK discussion grows longer, the probability of a solution involving Rafa Benitez approaches 1."

Given enough posts they will all eventually come to the conclusion that the answer is Rafa Benitez.

 Gerrard is going to sign an 8 year deal at 33 I can see it.

Gerrard is still world class and running midfield.. Its our year! 2021 Rawk Meltdown thread.

To be fair he was pretty awful this year for Liverpool in that deep role.
He needs to be playing behind the front striker with the freedom to have potshots and or play in runners from left to right.

From deep his range is just too limited to be hitting those kinds of balls. Unless of course from a set piece or under absolutely no pressure.

ALANM

Now if we can stop missing penalties and hitting the woodwork..............
Yep, then you'll win the league

Forgot about this post. Pure class Steve. Once again.

Lol oops. Wrong window. I guess a mod can close and move this thread to classics due to the hilarity surrounding Dalglish's comical reign.

The previous 4 years were much better than the last one to be fair, this season was only got for the final month!

I don't care what anyone says, the final month of this season has been the best for Liverpool meltdowns. I know we had a shocker ourselves (United), but feck me, those bastards had some fall from grace. The Gerrard thread alone was a scarcely believable.

2013/14 was a disgrace! But we had the Steven Gerrard thread.
King Kenny's last year(this thread) and the year of Rafa's rant were fantastic. Hope Rodgers fecks up and provides for a fun filled year. Despaired rawkites after a year of dreaming would make the greatest comedy ever. :D

They truly began to believe it after the Norwich win ( although rightly so) and the way they were all getting ready for the Chelsea match saying ' We go again'.

Also the fact Gerrard said 'we dont let this slip', and then he actually slipped to start the bottle job is almost like some kind of universal karma!
