RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2011/2012)

Only a few weeks till we get the Liverpool wave of delusion. They will probably claim that they will finish ahead of us and give city a run for their money.

We will get claims like the following.

Skrtel>>>Vidic
Lucas>>>Carrick
Kuyt>>>Valencia
Downing>>>Nani
New 40mil pound signing Grant Holt>>>Rooney.

Every year I put a tenner on these cnuts being relegated. You get mad odds obviously.
Next year could be my year.

Nah, if KKK stays there'll be a slight improvement next season. Possibly as high as 5th and this will be lauded as progress and 'going in the right direction'

If he leaves, they may get a more modern manager in who can set them up better and so have a half decent stab at 4th place next season. They'll need two or three astute signings though too.

"Liverpool fans celebrating City winning the league is like celebrating another man giving your partner an orgasm cos you can't do the job."

Great quote from a mates Facebook

Andy on the news of Ruud van Nistelrooy's retirement:

Horrible diving idiot

...and on Eric Cantona:

He was an average player but managed to tick the boxes in the Sky led media hysteria at the time - anything to knock Liverpool off their perch was always going to go down well with the bitter Manchester and London based media.

Best Liverpool can hope for next season is 6th. I can't see them getting any closer to the current top 4, then they have Chelsea to fight it out with.

I can't see Newcastle having a season as good, nor Everton, so they'll be fighting for 6th with those 2. And Swansea :)

I doubt this thread will last too long but........

Joey Barton gets banned for 4 games for his sending off.
He then could get a further 4 games suspension for kicking out at Aguero and for "head-butting" Kompany.

So a total of 8 games for incidents that were clearly captured on TV.

Oh and then he also claims on Twitter that he tried to get another player sent off (so he justified kicking Aguero and head-butting Kompany).

Luis Suarez got a similar ban for alleged racial abuse.........alleged.......not proven........not captured nor other witnesses..........and the accuser changes his story.

Now call me naive, but is elbowing, kicking and head-butting (ok he didn't connect) a far greater offence than somebody maybe calling somebody else a name.........what do you get for calling somebody "fatso"?

Let's now make silly comments about Barton or Evra.

If I get kicked on a football field then I cannot retaliate otherwise I'll get sent off. However if somebody calls me a name and I'll just tell the ugly f@@er to f@@@ off.

Is name calling in the same category as assault or is it even worse?

They just don't know when to let go, do they?

I don't believe we are that far behind a title challenging squad.

Spurs put up a title challenge of some sorts this season. I know they finished higher than us but I feel there's little difference between us and them. We had some misfortune this season and our new signings needed time to bed in.

Man Utd obviously took their challenge to the last day. We have beaten them. I don't think we are that far away from them. They will have to make a few changes next season too.

Man City, we've beaten them too but don't have the consistency and quality they have.

Also, I think Kenny is as good/if not better as any other manager in the PL and we will benefit from not having CL hang overs that the other big fish will have.

With some good transfer acquisition we can certainly challenge next season.

 Can always rely on RAWK to cheer you up.

They can both be happy we didn't win the title and sad they finished 8th.

And they can finish 8th and still be pleased we lost the title to City. City was already in the top 4, so it didn't matter if City finished 1st or 2nd as far as Liverpool being 8th. Might was well celebrate us coming in 2nd

None of these things are one or the other.

I do believe Zidane did utter the word 'Unbelievable' once. Sounds like the quote for a preview of a terrible movie, they can only use one word quotes because they all come from sentences like 'That was an unbelievable waste of money.'

Remember, they have
The best keeper in the league
The best attacking Right back in the league
the best centre back pairing in the league
One of the best left backs in the league
The best defensive winger in Ugly
The best crosser in the league in Downing
The best header of the ball in Carroll
The best holding midfielder in Lucas
The best driving/diving midfielder in Gerrard
The best dead ball specialist in Adam
The best youth talent, and finally,
The best racist in the league.

Its in the bag already

They are all monged over that subject.
Some of them still think Evra has 'history' and that the report held nothing of value to the case.

So essentially they've spent >£100 on positions that still need filling.

They need another LB, another CM, at least one more wide-player and another striker. One more CB wouldn't go amiss either. All this after spunking that much cash on those very same positions? Whoopsies.

 I really hope they are at best able to do as well as Spurs.

Spurs challenge for the title was about as effective as the majority of the Liverpool ones which have been put up in the last 20 years. i.e. tailed off before they even got to Christmas.

Adam and Downing were pretty horrible signings which you really could have told them not to make before they made them.

Carroll was massively overpriced and they ought to have left him alone until the summer at the earliest when they probably could have gotten him for half the price or less. They already had the racist at that point and didn't need to sign Carroll.

Henderson may or may not go on to be a decent signing so jury is out on him.

That Coates bloke may also get better.

RAWK is going to melt down if Kenny gets sacked this week.

Their Kenny thread is comedy gold today, some of the deluded shite they actually believe is incredible. Apparantly, Kenny is "instilling a winning mentality at LFC".

And check this gem out:

They (Man Utd) will be in the Europa next season just like us.

Seriously?!

:wenger:

Check out Page 4, the bannings are starting - it really is Hitler's Germany over there, incredible that people actually put up with not being able to have an opinion on KKK:

RAWK's position on this is clear. Kenny is the manager. And he stays manager until he isn't. We do not allow speculation as to when he will no longer be the manager. We definitely don't allow speculation as to a successor.

You are free to discuss Kenny's record as manager, his decisions and his capabilities.

Yeah that isn't a forum. That is a cult.

Winning the Prem is virtually impossible while the Trafford Vampire rules. City drove the first stake into his heart. One more may leave us with only them to surpass.

:wenger::lol:
