I agree that it's not nice to see Kenny upset and he loves the club, but I'm also sick of people making excuses for him and some of his dreadful decisions. I think that some of the transfers made haven't as yet worked out, and I don't blame Kenny for that at all as on paper all looked like they could walk the walk. it's not about the players for me as why I have lost faith in Kenny. It's about his bizarre and occasionally disturbing team selections and substitutions. Don't for a second think that I don't know that Kenny has forgotten more than I'll ever know, and he would give his last breath for the club, but when he makes decisions that are so bad it makes you shout at the TV, and if you didn't know better you'd think he was TRYING to lose, then it gets hard to stomach. Why the persistence with players who aren't performing? Why benching players who are in form? Why taking off players who are contributing and look dynamic and leaving others on who are playing shit? Why making substitutions too late and bringing on the wrong players? Why using schoolboy formations and the inability to change them when things are clearly not working? Why giving mixed messages on how to retain your place? I defy anyone to not think of numerous times when the above have happened. I'm glad he defends the players and gives the press no attention. I enjoy his defence of players because who gives a feck about the Bastard press. BUT say someone has been your family doctor for years. They know you and they used to be great. They would fight for you if they could. But if they don't know the latest techniques and constantly misdiagnose you, would you keep going back for old times sake? Or would you get a new doctor?! I hope Kenny sees out the season but I would not be confident or happy to see him as manager next year. I'm very happy to be proven wrong or to have someone disagree, but feck anyone who thinks I'm not entitled to my opinion.
