I know what you're saying. It's like a guilty pleasure, but it's a liitie embarrassing to be tracking another football forum like this.

You could lock it for a while, and see how we go.

One thing that should definitely be done is auto filter out the phrase 'Andy@Allerton'. That nutter is so obsessed with United that he loves to be mentioned here. Should not be giving him the satisfaction.
 
Yeah this thread is good when it's bumped with a proper silly thread, or something ridiculous. Then it's fair enough, but it's the constant quoting out of context, or posting WUM's like Andy which lowers the thread. I wouldn't mind if this thread was taken out back and shot now, I think we know the general principal of it.

Plus there's the fact that a redcafe goes into Meltdown thread would be just as embarrassing for us

Just make a rule that only genuinely funny stuff should be posted.

No bitter diatribes or Andy@Allerton stuff.

Stuff like the pre-season thing where someone suggested Kenny told the midfield to let the full backs get exposed. That stuff is gold and should be allowed.

But stuff about Fergie dying and our players getting their legs broken, or long boring referee conspiracies should not be allowed.
 
Reading some of the shite from RAWK is the same as folk who watch Eastenders - it makes people feel better about themselves: "i'm not as fecked up as i thought..." scenario.. its fecking great craic & of course cringey as hell..

I think GB was a bit harsh on poor aul Cesc there.. i think someone's in a bad mood... is it because we've stolen another one of the Northern Ireland hopefuls - James McClean, a Derry native? ;):D:smirk:

First half was abysmal from both sides - not a good game to watch by any stretch of the imagination. Second half was a game littered with mistakes and poor tackles and terrible officiating.

Not one to write home about despite the scoreline.

A bit of a sore point with us Northern Ireland caftards

He was happy enough to take a place in Northern Ireland's underage teams for his own selfish advantage to help his game, in the process blocking the progress of someone else with dignity and committment.

He isn't the first, he won't be the last. We move on, but unless something is done about this then it will continue. We don't want players who don't want to wear the shirt. I don't understand if it was always his dream to play for the ROI, then why waste people's time and effort to help him in the Northern Ireland set-up?

Agreed there, he's obviously a wum and he's not even that good at it....

But this thread is worth having for those of us that cant be arsed to go over there and look for the 'meltdown' posts which can be quite funny...

Some of their match day threads are comedy gold...

We could just have one thread for 'retarded oppo forum posts that you come across' I suppose... that way some of the touchy fcukers on here don't have to feel like it's an obsession thing (which it isn't although I've heard it a few times on here), it's just a comedy thread with retarded/funny oppo forum post for content...

Thats what Scholesy was saying aswell - gettin exposure for a move to a bigger team. I agree, but its his choice who he wants to play for - North or South, we all voted for that right did we not?!

Anyway, lets not get into this. I have sympathy for ya's but its a players choice at the end of the day. Sure you never heard the Italian FA come out and lambast Tony Cascarino when he chose us over Italy - they must have been rippin aswell ;)
