It would be absolutely fantastic if Man City turned them over today, just magnificent. They are good enough to do that, but games like these are often very messy due to the goals needed... they mess up the mentality and players start to fear what’s coming if they miss chances the first 20 minutes. City need to be calm and play their normal level, but they will 99% certain play too attacking and feck it up with too many options.. and of course leave space in behind

There's no hiding place now - these are top drawer teams left now, and Liverpool. I'm not sure Roma are a particular weak link as opposed to Bayern and Real - in fact given Liverpools style I'd fancy them against Real.
Real are the best counter attacking side in the world. Liverpools best shot would have been Barcelona. With them going out to Roma I'd say that's their best hope now.

It is weird how Liverpool-centric pundits don't even need to feign impartiality. It's odd. Almost like the pundit versions of Klopp himself - apparently only those associated with that club are allowed to 'show passion'. If anyone non-Liverpool related does the same thing - it's either bias/a lack of professionalism, or petulant anger.
I enjoyed this from Pinocchio Phil in 2014 when Basel knocked his beloved Liverpool out of the Champions League in 2014.
