Maybe they can take ETH?
You know what...
...I could see it.
He has worked there before and will need a new job come summer…Maybe they can take ETH?
The chaos didn't prevent us from reaching the semi final of the CL.Smart from Ralf to not accept going to that chaos that is Bayern right now. Good decision.

Whether it was a good decision we will know in 2 months time.
Having had a look on Austria's group with France, Holland and Poland, I wouldn't be surprised, if they don't reach the knockout stages and Rangnick will be without job in July.
Ole has to be the main contender now.
Uli Hoeneß seems extremely difficult to work with looking from the outside.Wow does he hate bayern or something. You dont see a lot of managers turning down a job from their own country especially when trophies are almost a given
How about Ole and Ralf as co-managers? Ole can take the first half; Ralf the second half. Ole can give the inspirational speech before the match and Ralf can build the squad.
Outlawed for being too powerfulI can't see how this wouldn't work.
Don't think managers there get much, if any, transfer control. So rumors going around he has rejected Bayern.
Does anyone know what was his reservation?

Also during their negotiations Uli Hoeneß made his "I will make myself heard even more in the future again" interview statement. I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't help to convince Rangnick to come to Bayern. It has been official for around a week now.
As for the reason(s) there's not much to go on, only rumor was that he basically wanted to usurp the job of newly appointed sporting director Eberl.

And also my favourite little theory is that Rangnick never actually was open to the move but wanted to take the opportunity to make his old foe Hoeneß look stupid. Which he did.

I don't see why. You have complete freedom to do what you want as long as it is the same thing Uli would have done.Uli Hoeneß seems extremely difficult to work with looking from the outside.
Certainly helps to have like two of those stamina monsters in Sabitzer and Laimer in the team but still.
Also thought Austria were really good. Shame they lacked that bit of quality up front. It did make me think what would have happened if Utd had bought into his ideas and methodology entirely. I sure would have loved to have seen a Utd team relentlessly press and hurry the opposition like Austria did this evening. They were great, a bit more quality and they would have won that game. I think his style works for international football and if they beat The Netherlands I could see them being the dark horses of the tournament.
On paper he was the best interim appointment we could have asked for. High pressing, intense football. If the players had bought in somewhat it would have been a better springboard for Ten Hag. But as Rangnick said, our squad would need open heart surgery to play that style of football. And it needs it again. Also thought Austria were really good. Not really mourinhos clear was clearly heading downwards when he joined us and that has only continued since. Van goal was past his best and ralf hadn't coached in some timeI think it should be clear by now it was not the managers that were the problem. Van Gaal, Mourinho, Ralf and ETH are all top coaches.
