His movement and technique is sublime though, even if he isn't the quickest. If he was playing on Saturday he would have nailed a couple of the chances our strikers buggered up.
I can think of one we do know about.Absolutely buzzing!
There has to be some doubts about our strikers that we don't know about.
So what we thinking....
I think Vlaar in there too as part of the Cleverly deal will see us through to next season when we sign a quality CBRooney-Falcao-RvP
Mata-di Maria
Blind
Shaw-Rojo-Evans-Rafael/Jones
DDG
Are you serious? Holy fecking shit
£6m loan fee... I'll take that!
Rooney and Di Maria could provide the width when needed in that formation.I like this formation, but that is a serious lack of width. And we are really going to leave RVP and Januzaj on the bench? In addition all we have at CM for subs of quality is Carrick, and we have no exp in the Defense.
This is just maddening!!
Seriously what the hell is happening? Are we getting Falcao on loan just to spite City or Arsenal? I'm still in shock seeing this news but the sheer pointlessness of this move has me confused. We've gone from having three big name players we can't drop to five and they all play in similar positions. Thank god it's a loan but we're only in two competitions now. This is complete madness I'm struggling to wrap my head around.

That too, and no pace.I can think of one we do know about.
Goals, or lack there of.
That's exactly my view. I think van Gaal doesn't like Mata's lack of movement, and van Persie and Rooney play too similarly to each other. However, what does Falcao offer that Rooney and van Persie don't? Falcao's quicker, stronger, and better aerially, but does that really matter if we don't have much width in our team based on recent performances?
What the hell are you guys thinking? As good as Falcao is (or was, haven't seen him play in quite a while), this deal doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Is LvG in on this, because I doubt that he's that daft. Does he want to turn Rooney into a DM?
I'm baffled by this.
Not to mention that we can't actually create any chances
Meanwhile, over at Liverpool...
Absolutely!Minus the Hernandez loan fee, then add it back for extra wages, and we have a brilliant upgrade.
Rooney and Di Maria could provide the width when needed in that formation.
That formation can work. Herrera and di Maria can offer us horizontal movement to stretch teams, and both are good crossers of the ball as well. Both also have the energy to go box-to-box. That setup also brings the best out of Mata as Herrera and di Maria's movement and energy will provide Mata with enough space to do the damage to the opposition.
I noticed how many times Di Maria sent in quick balls that no-one in our team had a chance of running on to. He's used to creating for Ronaldo and Bale not Rooney and MataSomething to remember though, Welbeck and Hernandez accounted for almost all the pace in our frontline. If they are gone and Falcao comes in, we have literally no speed from our forwards. That fast option in behind the defence will be completely gone.
Yes there's Wilson, but no he wont play often and if anything bringing Falcao in means he will play less. He could get in the team in front of Hernandez and Welbeck, but Falcao? Rooney? RVP? off the bench at most...
United next year?
----RVP--Falcao--Cavani---Fellaini----
Di Maria -- Rooney - Mata -- Valencia
---------------Herrera--------------
---------Blind----------Fellaini-------------
----------------DDG---------------
Coach: Diego Maradonna

Welcome to the club, mate. I, and many of our members, are as baffled as you are. Plus, is van Gaal actually this insane, or does he have no say on this transfer?
