Not many corps that haven't had a history of doing that, and with me being a complete charlatan I need to work for a big corp cause that's the easiest way to hide how much of a charlatan you really are.

Except lovefilm send you 200 discs upfront and then 10 discs a month. You have to send 4-5 back each month too, of course.
Don't listen to the horrible people trying to make you feel bad. If anything they just prove you made the right decision to seperate yourself from them.
You're gonna have a great time. Game Pass is fantastic. I recommend trying things you wouldn't normally buy. Fifa is there, yeah. Hitman isn't.

Just watched it, I agree with the guys it's definitely a game made for proper RT reflections and focusing on that rather than shadows/lighting and all that. Also it bodes well for the console ones to get a lesser rtx boost.
Definitely play through it again once the patch is out, ID's Engine and the 4a Engine are something else.
Really looking forward to see what they can do with the enhanced metro on consoles!
The ray tracing in metro now is way beyond what I've seen before. I can't stop playing it after the new patch.
As you say, it will be good to see what they can do with it on consoles so people can see what ray tracing is all about and I have a feeling it may port well considering the optimisation in comparison to other ray traced games so far.
Control on PS5 looks pretty decent with a reasonable level of RT. Not a patch on the PC version of course, but their engine isn't particularly great so I'd expect future games to get to a decent enough level for console gamers to see a real difference.

But having done some research on the issue it seems to be some sort of feature of the suit to make it look like he is lagging.... take a look at this.
This feature really annoyed me whilst playing it turned me off the game completely. Now I can probably go back to it and finish it.
Besides in regards to ray tracing performance i am underwhelmed so far. I feel the console can do with more power. The current consoles are at least 2 generations away from matching a 3080ti. PC gaming just gets held back as a resort.
It's AMD's fault on both console and PC.
Though they've had a cracking generation with their CPUs, their GPUs and the lack of foresight with raytracing and no proper answer to DLSS has left them, including those in the consoles, in the dust already. Not just graphically either, in terms of Raytracing it could also be used to properly track audio (we might have finally got proper sound in fps games for example) or advanced AI. Now those are less likely to happen, as widespread as using it for stuff like reflections or shadows anyway.
They've dropped the ball big time. Expect the next wave of GPUs and the inevitable "pro" consoles to be playing catch up and have hardware support for RTX at least.
2 generations? Anyway, Consoles have never been competing with high end PC's. The type of PC only a small subset of people have and paid a lot to get I might add. What were you expecting for £450?
Not played the game, but I've seen into the spider verse. As soon as I seen the "lag" I knew it was a feature as it was very much like he moves the film.
Have you not seen Into the Spiderverse?
The 12fps was an intentional design choice for that suit because of the film.
Into the Spiderman is a good watch if you haven't seen it by the way. Even @Mockney probably doesn't hate it.
