Premier League Matchweek 3 (26-27 August)

Will the Everton Chelsea game be televised at all? Would I catch it on bein sports? I'm away I'm Spain and the sports bar here is pretty decent for channels

Swedish TV-channel Viasat informed us yesterday: "you're that correctly, we will not be showing Chelsea–Everton tomorrow as originally planned"

Because it had been moved by the Premier League or something, didn't hear exactly what was said.

"We'll be showing West Brom–Stoke instead"

Premier League's broadcasting structure is way more complex than it should be.
I'm sure everybody is Stoked with the match switch. I know I would much rather watch Chelsea v Everton that the other match.

Not a problem at all. We are in demise.
Oh, don't give up, only third game, you are not dead yet. Have faith. You will not get relegated this year.
Everton to win or draw, Liver Arse to draw and high scoring game.
Oh, and few red cards for best and most important players!
Maybe an offside goal for Arsenal? Just to make Klopp stop talking about THAT goal.
There. Am I asking too much?
Nah..

Nah..
:D It is very difficult to be positive about Arsenal these days. Just hope to do well in the Europa League.

Who are we supporting in the Liverpool game?

I want an early boom bust cycle.
A draw would be best, but no way I'm supporting Liverpool:D Gonna go with Arse even if they're the underdogs today:lol:

I wouldn't go that far but I am a bit worried that the team is being forced to make up the difference from missing out on the CL. I've no idea what I expect from this match - both teams have looked good, bad and everything in between.

Yes, my point exactly.

Just got the reason from Viasat: "as per our deal we can only live broadcast the matches that are live broadcasted in England."

Why is England showing the "lesser" fixture?

Its on bein sports 11HD. I'm sure some pesky pirate has a stream online somewhere, we should all report it!!

It begs the question why broadcasters from other countries are allowed to pick and choose.

Of course, we are selling Ox and Mustafi to make up the difference from missing out on the CL.

I just realized that they're showing Stoke instead of Chelsea. How fecking annoying. Can someone explain why?

All times are CEST/BST+1

City, Chelsea and Spurs to win. Liverpool v Arsenal will be a high scoring draw. Huddersfield will drop points against S'hampton. WHU will beat Newcastle.

Kept on thinking that the kickoff times were GMT. FFS.

Great work from Baines. Wouldn't have been a bad signing if we'd known how the LB position was going to develop.
