Premier League Gameweek 12

Turns him to run into the open space 30 yards from goal, gets hacked down by a player who has no intention of getting the ball. No yellow. Of course.

Liverpool have been lucky with the VAR here.

Regardless though, you can’t deny the stuff they play is enviable. Really fast flowing, always first to the ball.

If they do win it this year, you can’t say it’s all luck. They play good football and if they get number 19 then so be it.
They haven't been outstanding this season. Some really lucky wins mixed witj some very effective football.

As if feeding the conspiracy of the FA being against City couldn't have suffered more fuel to its fire, the refs go and do this clear and obvious decisions in favour of their direct rivals for the title.
Shite, if I were a City fan I would be drinking deep from the conspiracy theory right about now.

Most United fans would (begrudgingly) admit Liverpool's footbAll has been good but the sheer number of dodgy decisions and fortune is tough to ignore.

They might win the league anyway but the extra points add up and when it's versus City (title rival), the potential points swing is huge

What the hell is wrong with Oliver ? how can a ref be this incompetent and get away with it !

Why did the teams walk past a giant screen with VAR on it in the tunnel then?
The screen is there to use, but the head of referees has banned them using it

Would he even stay ? At the end of the day he always strikes me as a person who gets bored pretty fast when he doesn't win. Did the same in his last season with Barca.

Hate to say it but we cannot have that at the moment. Liverpool will win the league every season until Klopp decides to leave if Pep goes now

Just hand them the title, The FA, the Refs, the Media they all want them to win it. Just give it to them and save the rest of us the pain.

I want to say that VAR check every goal, but I'm not sure if that's legit or not. If there was a VAR check, it was a very quick look-over.

They obviously didn't check it, we have had two goals scored this season that I can remember being that close and both took about 3 minutes to check (Sheffield utd yesterday and sterlings vs west ham) both eventually being ruled out as well.

Play started almost immediately after that goal which says it all.

City terrified of conceding a 3rd...

Not exactly overloading going forward.
