Third cup game in less than 7 days, that's always difficult. The most important thing was to get a win.
We definitely need rotation. Hope Antony and Sancho will find their form soon as well

Not the greatest performance today but when we needed to go through the gears we managed to squeeze out 3 goals. Great effort from Garnacho, he kept pushing and deserved his goal.

Brilliant mentality, changes did it again and it felt like a matter of time.

100% shows we are still short in the squad though. A lot of that first half team should be sold over the next few windows.

Always felt like we were winning that game. We're inevitable right now

That was a fecking belter. I knew, as soon as West Ham scored, we were gonna win. Brilliant. Nobody would have been shocked if this were where we fell and we fecking didn't.

It feels like magic at Old Trafford right now.

De Gea MOTM for me. Casemiro making the difference when he came on. Dave kept us in this game. I have to mention Weghorst and Garnacho as two other difference makers.

Dalot was awful today. He was so bad even Agbondlahor would have looked good against him today.

I texted my Dad at 1 nil down and said I felt a comeback coming. I haven't had that feeling and belief in quite a long time. loving this teams journey.

We could easily have lost that one in the first half. Credit to ETH for the substitutions again. Classemiro is some player - seems to lift everyone’s performance when he comes on. Now please beat the Scousers on Sunday.

Our winning mentality is just amazing. The subs that came on just had that look that we are going to win this match.

- Garnacho was better than Antony today and that rarely happens. Good for the youngster.
- Sabitzer is a solid, dependable player
- I thought Maguire was pretty good today except for the through ball to Antonio.
- The more I see Malacia the more I like. He is 23 and could be a top LB. He is athletic, quick, and has nice control.
- Everyone played their part and no one was spectacular....and that's okay.
- Rashford need to pick it up, he has not scored in 3 matches.

I hope Sancho was out because of physical illness.

We started improving after Case came on. Their goal was against the run of play and happened because the players stopped playing thinking that the ball was already out of play. Always felt that we would get back in as our game was improving and we were finding a lot more spaces.

Licha's introduction allowed malacia to push up more aggressively into the middle of the pitch. That coupled with Weghoust doing into the 10 position have us complete control over the midfield. The last 30 minutes or so was just so fun to watch

Despite playing poorly and being a goal down, I never once felt we wouldn’t win the game. I’ve missed having such confidence in the team and manager

Deserved win in the end but we will have an even tougher game v Fulham if we play that kind of line up again.

Just looking at EtH manager stats P41 W30 D5 L6 is just a phenomenal record considering the shit show he took over. This team with a few more real top class additions could really become something special under him.

When we would go behind a year ago you'd get the feeling of insurmountable dread.

Oh shit. We're fecked. Dozy cnuts.

Now? I don't even doubt we'll get back into it. Not had that feeling in a decade.

I thought something similar tonight!

89th minute, Malacia plays very rashly and misplaces a cross. ETH tells him to calm down.

I felt there's a shitload of time left still, we'll have 2 or 3 major chances if we don't score. In previous years, we'd waste the next 4 minutes either aimlessly chasing the ball, fouling the opposition, or trying hopeless crosses into a packed West Ham area with free defensive headers for their CBs.

We were shite for 2/3 of the match but once we kicked up a gear it was never in doubt. Glad we won in 90 instead of playing 120.

He scored 3 days ago in the league Cup final.

I do think we're getting a bit of luck at the moment. Trying to think if the last really good 90 mins we put in.

But the basics are so much better than last season. No huge individual errors every week. Plenty of confidence. Along with a few players who perform like grown ups.

Flat first half which was to be expected to be honest. Happy to see us finally wake up after their goal and comfortaby win in the end. Great finish by Garnacho. Happy to see him have a good 90 mins.

Must say, I didn’t see what Wout was bringing and never understood why he was always starting but it shaw why I am not the manager.
He is a very intelligent player who is almost always playing the right pass and works his socks off. I can see why ETH likes him.
It Shaw.

That feeling is back, United will not be beaten feeling is back ETH. I declare that we are back. We will be challenging next season, I am sure of it. Never have I seen the squad with so much belief and the fans as well. Let's beat Liverpool this weekend.
We will fecking hammer them.

Not easy to put in a really good 90 mins with such a hectic schedule and more often than not up against a team that had more time to prepare and rest. Got lucky with the OG but the West Ham goal should never have stood.

True about the individual errors, that was major issue last season and thankfully less of it this season and hopefully it stays that way.

Incredible we've just won these three games in such a short span. ETH is doing very very good things for the future of this club.

Did Spurs kill Triggs? Keane has so much venom for them
Watched the match with Spurs supporters. Other match on TV next door. They thought United win inevitable. Again Ten Hag the star. Some awful sloppy stuff first half ... lucky not to be two down. But Casemiro utterly dominant. Lets stuff the Scouse.

It's strange to feel confident after going down 0-1. It has been many years since I've felt that way.

Can't help but feeling a bit worried that Bruno is never going to get a rest though.

Funny how the Spurs fans knew they would lose and we would win. Bit scruffy, but hey.

That 3rd goal really summed up what Weggy can bring to this team. Brilliant, that was his goal in so many ways.

I never lost confidence in us. Typical cup tie, just glad we got it done with no extra time.

That is true. Was a tough watch, especially with oppos supporters.
