Post-match discussion

West Ham would have won had they scored their goal in the 80th minute. We were playing in 2nd gear until they scored.

So glad they gave us time to come back and win by scoring early in the 2nd half.

Beautiful strike by Garnacho! And Martinez, Casemiro, Bruno and Rashford form our spine.

Without Martinez and Casemiro, we just don't look like the same team.

Glad we didn't go into extra time. The lads need fresh legs for Sunday

tumescent first half. Westham had the better chances.
Bring on the A team and business as usual.
Garnacho outstanding And superb finish.

Changed team and some tired legs but the mentality and desire to win (and Antonio being wank) was lovely to see.

Garnacho’s touch all game was fist class, so silky tonight.

He completely Moysed that up. In a position of strength he reverts back to negative type.

Great comeback.

Feck me, he's aged 20 years since then

Garnacho the boy wonder! Deserved win not sure how that West ham goal stood but would have missed the drama if it was ruled out.

Must say, I didn’t see what Wout was bringing and never understood why he was always starting but it shaw why I am not the manager.
He is a very intelligent player who is almost always playing the right pass and works his socks off. I can see why ETH likes him.

We're not getting anywhere with Lindelof and Maguire at the back.

It has to be one or the other but not both.

There was a fat West Ham fan giving it large after our disallowed goal. I’m delighted he’ll now be gutted.

Performance was to be expected but damn this team spirit is something. When we go 1 - 0 down now I’m not even worried.

Proper old school feel to this United team. It's never over.

Throwback United!!

Love it!

When we would go behind a year ago you'd get the feeling of insurmountable dread.

Oh shit. We're fecked. Dozy cnuts.

Now? I don't even doubt we'll get back into it. Not had that feeling in a decade.

Good outcome in the end. Very happy for Garnacho, a great performance as starter. Thought Wout did very well this game.

A win felt inevitable, even with the missed West Ham chances. There's just an aura about us at the moment.

Casemiro the difference maker.

Few things make me as happy as beating a Moyes team

The subs changed the game. ETH knows how to change things. Loved Garnacho's goal.

A lot of confidence in this team now, whenever we go a goal down it feels like the opposition has woken the beast. It’s like United of old. Great stuff.

Any need? What if it's a medical condition? You can't go around saying that in 2023. Try and be more West Ham Positive in the future :wenger:

Any excuse to post this classic:

Needs updating to "HAAAAAAG"

Great comeback.
I mean his sub is Gianluca Scamaz. What else can he do? they're all frauds. Even their goal is a fraud.

Fred scoring goals that should only go in at his own testimonial will never get boring.

Slow roller into the middle of the net. Probably had a post-shot xG of 'feck off'.

Phew! For 60 minutes that was wretched but we did really well to fight back. I thought it was going to be one of those days where we paid for our sloppiness.

That defence in the first half :wenger: . It's not so much the defending but the use of the ball. Constant square passes. It was Ole football in a nutshell with that central defence and McTominay screening.

Malacia sure is a tough cookie btw

Brilliant result. Even at 0-1 I couldn't really be angry - they just beat Barca after a comeback and won Carabao Cup. But fantastic turnaround yet again.

Was watching the game on a stream with Russian commentator who started singing "Glory glory Man United" after Fred's goal

Honestly never really thought we would lose, even when we went behind. We're too good this season to get knocked out by Moyes at home ffs

Subs made all the difference, we were great second half.

After the 3rd goal, Martinez comes out of nowhere and slide tackles Fred
