You guys have got me wanting to collect cards again. Haven't even touched a Pokemon card in about 20 years but been playing the games.
Any particular packs I should look out for or just best to buy whatever I have access to around here and start from there?

Go for Evolutions, serious throwback to the original base set with all the features of the newer sets too.

Nintendo / Game Freak are hiring for artists again now. Expected to work on character / monster models that would be similar to Wii U level models. This has to be the 100% confirmation of a new Pokémon game for Nintendo Switch, with much higher quality graphics than any previous Pokémon game.

Please let it contain no Pokemon newer than 3rd gen or let us have the option to banish them from the game.

Also this is a brand new trainer full art from the new Sun & Moon cards, trainer cards are my latest favourites.
Southern Island is one of the all time greats and one of the most underrated sets out there. I have the set in English and Japanese but keep meaning to get some sealed Japanese packs, great addition Joe!

Are they staying sealed?
Yeah it's so nice, the set with Mew in and the set with Wartortle in are my favourites in all of this. The sealed packs aren't really expensive, although I hear the set with the binder is the one people are after.
Yeah I'll keep these ones sealed, although I'd love to get them as separate cards too so I can have a set and appreciate the whole card.
I have that folder, but I took the cards out of it and put them in my binder. It just takes up space I'm going to sell it when I get around to it. I mainly want the JApanese packs so I can open them and have my binder set be mint since the ones I have are obviously used. You get these awesome postcards in the folder though with southern island artworks on, will tag you in a couple I posted on IG

savageTalking of old got some first edition fossil cards in the post yesterday. Must have been out of the booster pack recently they're in such good condition for being so old.
