Gaming Pokémon Strumfest

Awesome! Can't wait to see them. Japanese cards look so cool, I got a few of them and even the common cards I like.

I'm hoping for a couple of full art cards amongst these packs, although odds are only one.

I've been jonesing for one of those gold full art Reshiram or Zekrom cards from the Legendary Treasures. Rare as feck though.

Also for gamers there is a super sized Pumpkaboo being given away at the moment online. Shiny Gengar not far away :drool:

Also my new cards arrived today, got the 10 Boundries Crossed boosters but the other 10 were Dragons Exalted instead of Legendary Treasures. The shop replied and have dispatched the 10 Legendary Treasures for tomorrow but haven't asked for the 10 Dragons Exalted back!
 
We have such opposite preferences in cards. You like the newer ones, I prefer the older ones exclusively, also as you say you seem to prefer the cute ones and I have no preference really. Yet to everyone else we are both just geeks.

:lol: So true. Last week in 10 Legendary Treasures booster packs I got a Kyrum EX, then 2 Meloetta Full Arts, a Shaymin Full Art and an Emolga Full Art. Plus some sick holos. Absolutely ridiculous odds there. :eek:

My Neo destiny packs arrived. Sadly only one shiny pokemon out of 24, on the plus side it was a shining charizard! A holo in every pack though :D
 
Haven't played the games for ages, but I did watch Pokemon Origins a while back, and thought it was quite good. Maybe some of you chaps might like it?
 
How are you guys getting legendaries on the GTS without giving up legendary pokemons? I'm still trying to complete a living dex and it's awfully hard.

If it makes it any better, a Pikachu plush from their 2012 Christmas range sold on eBay a couple of months back for £120+, so you could just think of them as an investment :angel:
 
Started playing omega ruby and it is pretty good so far.

Got a Torchic, Eevee and just need to get my Starly, Gible and Riolu from my X game over.
 
Sit rep on my progress
  • Started with a Torchic and is now a combusken
  • Got an Eevee, Starly, Rilou through wonder trade and going to get a Jolteon, Staraptor and Lucariro
  • Got a mudkipz from a friend
  • Caught a Ralts and called it Cantona going to turn it into a Gallade
  • there is a new sneak mechanic where you can face stronger pokemon and ones with different moves
  • there are a feckload of legendaries to catch
 
OMG I NEED TO GET TO A SHOP RIGHT NOW.

I don't know which one to get though.
