Gaming Pokémon Strumfest

I'm not sure about trading but the version of desmume I use has an accelerator on it. Not sure how fast it allows for though.

Anyone else finding Burgh to be quite the dick on Blaze Black?

Continued my nuzlocke on X. Just got a bit lucky, popped out to Detourner Way before the first gym and first pokemon I encountered was Riolu! Yay.

Except I hit run.....and failed, then used gust, which would have knocked it out if it hadn't have used Endure

Got lucky there.

Blaze Black is really tough. Can't beat Roxanne before the first gym leader - she only has 3 Pokemon!

Just completed Emerald on my iPad. Once I discovered the fast forward feature on the emulator I couldn't play the game normal speed. In fact I don't think I can play another pokemon game at normal speed ever again.

First time through, I have no problem with the speed, but on replays, fast forward is ridiculously handy.

Nuzlocke on X is going OK, just on Route 5 and have 1 badge. Team is currently Braixen, Pidgey, Beedrill, Lucario, Combee and Squirtle. Haven't lost any yet.

I started a nuzlocke on Fire Red Omega yesterday. Already lost my starter, Magby, in the rival battle on Route 22. I now have Sentret, Rattata, Hoothoot, Venonat and Mareep. Not looking good for the the first gym.

Yeah it's been replaced by a Venipede now, the Beedrill won't be hanging around long either.

I like some of the middle evolutions better than the end. Like Pidgeotto and Braixen look cooler than Pidgeot and Delphox.

I actually like Gengar, I think the Mega Gengar looks cool too.

I think a lot of the starters from all the games look best in their secondary forms though, they have a nice balance between adult and child, the teenage of the pokemon world.

Don't get me wrong, I think Genger is a good design, a very good one, but Haunter is ridiculously good.

Agreed on the starters, Samurott being a particular disappointment, doesn't like like they even belong in the same family...

Yeah that one was ridiculous, Dewott looks cool, to be honest it looks like it should have stayed on two feet and gone a Water/Fighting type. Dewott has that fighting look about it.

They're all footballers names for this run. My Squirtle is Solskjaer because of that baby face but he just evolved :(

I should have stopped him and kept him young forever.

Anderson would have been good for Snorlax

Just caught an Inkay and Meditite. Never used them before so might see what they're like.

Meditite is brilliant, if it has the Pure Power ability, had one on a Nuzlocke named Cena, murdered errry thang. Inklay is an odd duck, weird to evolve.

If you reach a beach route without a wild fight, I'd chance smashing a boulder, could land one of them barnacle things.

Yeah he is

I also found out while I was egg breeding Aron that the japanese name for Aggron is Bossgodora, so MegaAggron is MegaBossgodora.

I always thought the best looking and most threatening looking Pokémon was...

I mean, c'mon, something that cute can obviously tear you a new asshole.
