Yeah, but those absolutely wank sources say otherwise so he is gone. Plus, obviously some fans here know much more about what Pogba is thinking of doing than his manager, so basically he is on a strike and leaving for 50 million rupees.

He also cleared up why Pogba missing the flight was a shock. It wasn't communicated to the right people.

Absolutely no way Pogba is leaving this window. Even we are not that stupid. Nobody has the money, he’s not throwing tantrums and he’s been pretty good in pre-season. He’s got the clearest ‘not for sale’ sign on him you could wish to see.
It was knows that if RM has no money, he wont be moving. Next year he will try to pull same shit but i guess this time RM will gather the money, they have whole year for it.
Or we get Dybala, the team has a great season and Pogba decides to stay. That could happen too.
If Dybala is signed, Pogba would likely be pushed deeper.

Maybe but in that case, Pogba will demand new contract, which is fine just i am not sure that whole scenario will play out next year.
Edit: Also if Dybala joins, dunno is his contract better then current one of Pogba.
Think Pogba gets 15m pounds a year. But that’s gross. The latest numbers for Dybala indicate it’s 11m Euros but not sure if it’s net or gross.
Unless Real Madrid go belly up under Zidane this season, which on pre-season results is a possibility. Meanwhile we are strengthening, not by a lot I must admit, but if Zidane gets the chop and we keep showing some more ambition in the next window then he may sign a contract extension for lots more money. Raiola will still get his cut from that.

He might stay but I would think it's for another season at most. Pogba mentioned "looking for another challenge", Raiola has been making noices and even his client Zlatqn has spoken about letting Pogba leave.. He won't be around for long, but of course it depends on a team actually paying a silly amount to make it happen.
Zlatan is the last person that will do someone else's dirty work. He has an opinion and says it out loud, like he always does. Doesn't mean he is necessarily right or that Raiola made him do it.
Zlatan is extremely close to Raiola, he regards him as a big brother or some sort of father figure and has for a very long time. To me it was obvious that he was doing Raiola a favor speaking out on this issue.
I believe we have one more year of Pogba at most not that I want it to be true at all, but realistically I don't think we can expect much more. But we will need to get paid of course.

Are you calling Ibrahimovic Raiola's mouthpiece? It's just not realistic, the Swede is not a person that will say things just to do someone a favour, even if that someone is his own agent.
The connection in the case is that Zlatan and Pogba became mates here and also the former really appreciated his time at United. Seeing the actual video of the interview, it seemed he doesn't know what goes on behind the scenes but wishes the best resolution for both the player and club in question.
I think Real will have a shockingly shit season, ZZ will be sacked and PP will be hyped up as their saviour all season before signing for them for a club-record fee.
But you said he's moving during Real's transfer window. How can he when we haven't even signed one midfielder, let alone 2, and we have 6 days left of ours?
Honestly if he doesn’t want to sign a new contract and we get 150-160m in return then by all means he can leave. He is one of the best midfielders in the world but if he isn’t signing a new contract I’d rather cash in and invest that money into the squad.
I've been following Zlatan since watching him live when he broke through in the Swedish second division but its hardly a secret that he and Raiola are extremely close and have made a killing in the football business together.
The main issue here is not even about Zlatan, but that the writings on the wall in terms of Pogba leaving in time.. And if you look at how Raiola managed Zlatans career it is obvious what a profitable endeavor it has been for the player but also the agent, switching teams every other year. It's hardly a longshot thinking that the pattern would repeat itself.
Agreed, though I hope we spend that cash before he leaves (like Liverpool did with Coutinho) so we don't get shafted by clubs on the prices.
Well the club may see Fernandes as adequate replacement. And that would be why they haven’t said anything about him because if they did people would know Pogba was leaving then.
The rumours about him having a medical on Monday are strong. Who knows? It’s just all looks like a gently, gently exit.
There is no way we are signing only Fernandes as cover for Pogba if he leaves.
Fernandes is another Gaitan/Garay so you can forget about him. Even if he were to come in, he wouldn't necessarily be seen as Pogba's replacement, but Herrera's.

He is a primarily a #10. He can’t be Herrera’s replacement. He can fill in at 8 but he isn’t a proper central midfielder.
That wasn't necessarily what I was hinting at with my post, tbh. I'm just saying you could easily play both Pogba and Fernandes in the same team, so him coming wouldn't say anything as to Pogba's future... Now, if someone like Saul or SMS was coming as well as a Fernandes, then I'd say there's a fairly big hint that he was off because of the outlay required for both purchases would be very substantial.
But if it's a Fernandes & Longstaff that's coming in? Then it's fair to assume that he's staying.
Our midfield is terrible. Easily the worst in the top 7. We have to keep Pogba. It's that simple.
Ok, so it now looks like he’s staying. Hope he shows a bit of maturity and offers some real leadership this season. (Not very likely)
