Would you accept Dybala and Sandro for Pogba?

I just cannot believe the lack of respect that Pogba and his money grabbing agent show to our club.
He comes out and says he needs a new challenge while he still has three years to run on his existing one; What about the challenge of helping Manchester United winning a Premier League title which is what he was brought to the club to do and not carry on like a circus clown.
If It was up to me I would tell his agent to get us at least 100mil for him otherwise he will rot in the reserves and then let us see how good the friendship is as he may have to reduce his normal commission.

100 mil + Isco + Ceballos

100 mil + Dybala + Costa/Sandro

He would be more than welcome to leave.

I really wish we play the hard ball and ask any club that comes for him to pay the big money (> 180M). He and his agent can feck themselves if they think all this talk will drive down the asking price.
But knowing Ed's team, it will drive down the price as they want.

I wouldn't want him to leave now. If he does we would be in a big mess considering how much time we have left to seal up these deals and knowing other teams would increase prices cause we would be desperate.

Ed should play hardball and get them to meet the price tag. I wouldn't mind Dybala coming in but it's a bit risky cause these players would need to want to play for United and not sulk later on.

Put this guy in a cannon and launch him as far from Manchester as possible. You see solskjaer yesterday trying to initiate a positive pre season and it's the exact same toxicity from pogba 'camp' as last year. Just feck off for a second time you egotistical over rated nut job

Go, let him go. Get cash back. I don’t want any player that has no respect and loyalty to the club. Such a shame to have this clown here.

We already need 2 midfielders and will need a 3rd when he goes. We are so so so fecked without him.

My big worry is that Utd will end up in a situation where they get rid of Pogba after Aug 8 and aren't able to replace him at all.

Could easily see the same situation we saw with Ronaldo in 2009 and who could ever forget who we bought in that summer.

Assuming that everyone has the benefit of hindsight and knows just how good Modric would eventually become: 90 million plus Pogba is a fair price for prime Modric.

Only if they have Ronaldo to bail them out.

And no, its not fair price.

That's silly and highlights a nieve perspective of football. Penalties are goals. They win matches, change matches. Huge matches. This crap that a penalty is something less than a 'normal' goal is daft.

Only De Bruyne compares, and Pogba has more (one on one, headers, presence) than KDB...
And we would be better off with someone else taking penalties instead of Pogba and his shitty run up. Pogba wasn't the one winning those penalties, giving him the credit for them is bullshit considering how many he fluffed during his career with us.

How did Ronaldo do against Ajax this year with Matuidi and Emre Can supplying him instead of Modric btw? Modric at his peak outplayed the best midfielders in the world in so many big Champions League games.

90 million plus Pogba for prime Modric is fair. It’s no more ridiculous than people asking for Isco/Dybala plus 90 million for Pogba.

There aren't many games where I thought Madrid midfield won the game by controlling the midfield. Of course he was very good midfielder and best in the world for few years but there is no way he was ever worth 90 million + Pogba.

Actually with hindsight he might be worth that when Madrid signed him as Pogba was playing for ManUtd U23s, not the Pogba who won the world cup and after his first 2 seasons at Juventus.

They completely owned the midfield in both the 2014 and 2017 final.

Out of curiosity, do you think that Pogba is worth 90m plus Isco? Because that’s an equally ridiculous opinion that is frequently posted on this thread.

Depends on how much Madrid rate him. If they want to sell him then why not, after all players who barely did anything are sold for 150 million.

Edit: At least you knew that post was ridiculous.

Isco doesn't suit united as well. Players have to work off the ball as well as on the ball to succeed in this league.

Coutinho was amazing in his last 18 months in the Premier League. Isco is not lazier than Coutinho.

Maybe unpopular opinions but we should never sell him, let's keep him for one more season to help us getting top 4 then so we can offer top player UCL season which may make it easier for us to sign them. Sell Pogba for 120-150 in 2020 summer and lining up replacement already for Pogba.

If we went into the season without Pogba, we'd be fecked up.

If an English fullback with just 1 EPL experience under his belt is worth 50m and the new Steve Bruce is worth 75m then a world class midfielder and our main assist man/goalscorer is worth more then 90m + some Real reject

I'm not worry about him leaving at all because it's the right thing to do after all the noises from him and his agent. Also, he is the cancer in the dressing room.

I'm more worry about our ability to replace him with the right player. So far our board only able to sign AWB and James while DDG, Pogba, Lukaku all want out of the club. We need at least 5 more players in to replace these players and improve our squad.

Time is running out and we still have deadwood like Sanchez and etc to clear.

How about Isco,Bale and 70 mil?

Bale still can cut it for a year or two.

From a marketing stand point don't see how we sell him.

Dybala+ Emre Can (PL experience) + Rugani

please!

The same Paul Pogba that couldn’t be arsed most of last season and didn’t help us achieve top four? Right

Isco and Ozil will be good comparisons. Not worth it to be honest. Only players like Asensio or Varane from Madrid will suit a club and style of football under Ole and Phelan.

Coutinho was never worth the money Barcelona paid for him. Klopps's style helped him a lot to look decent.

we're no glue factory and Real can keep their rejects.

Pogba can't remain at this point. The situation around him would be too toxic. However we should sell him on our terms. If Real wants him then they either fork 150M or else provide us with players we need and want rather then the rejects they don't want. I would go for 70M, Ceballos and Asensio. Alternatively 100m, Ceballos and Odegaard. Same with Juventus. 80M + Dybala. Then lets invest all the money from him and Lukaku in midfield and the right flank.

He must be one of the biggest bitches United ever had.

If he leaves, he'd have bailed on the club twice now. Pogback my arse.

Well, the good thing is that we hold the cards. If Madrid want him, then they need to pay up.

What if those player don't want to play for us given the state we are in and sharing Pogba's reasoning for leaving?
