Would you accept Dybala and Sandro for Pogba?

Wouldnt call seeing near 48 % involvement of all chelsea goals last season defective lenses.

So you think Hazard did it all for you? You must be dreading the upcoming season then. Does not alter the fact though that your blues supporting compadre totally missed my original point and responded to something I did not say and then decided to have a little dig about rose coloured glasses. Nothing I said was meant to diminish Hazard, it was making the point that in the current market it is daft to suggest Pogba would sell for under 100m. Not when he still has 3 years left on his deal and far less proven players such as Felix are moving for more than that.

Would be very wary, Real Madrid fans opinion of his last season is somewhat on a par with what we think of Matic last season. He is 33 and coming off the worst season if his career, not a lot of reason to be optimistic he can come back.

He's a great footballer. You don't lose that when your pace goes. Scholes didn't and neither did Giggs. We have a very young team and we seem to be making efforts to bring the age down further, which by me is fine. But, if you do that you need to have proper quality and experience dotted throughout the team. Assuming we do sign Maguire & Longstaff, i still think we'd need another CM and a Striker. For those two positions i'd be looking for 30+ year olds with experience, the right attitude and an expectation that they have at least another 3 seasons in them. Modric and possibly a Lewandowski type signing would probably be my preference.

Please go.Not nearly as good as he thinks he is and will be found out where ever he goes.Right now I would take just getting my money back on him and reinvest in the team and move on.Absolute w@nker.

Keep seeing suggestions that Ole wants Pogba to tell him in person about leaving. And here we are two months after the season end and Paul has not done so. Is he afraid to ?

If we can get rid of Pogba it will be a massive step forward in shaping this new Manchester United. His whole presence has become too big and it will be so refreshing to have a young, dynamic and energetic midfield without having to witness the me me me Pogba show.

On his day unplayable but taken as a whole he really ain’t that good and Woodward can go a long way to redeeming himself for some dodgy transfer business if he can get anywhere near the £150m being mooted.

fecking sick of the whole thing now.

I really really hope that we draw a line under this and never do business with that absolute cnut Raiola again.

Losing Pogba doesn’t worry me. The club actually bringing the right players in to replace him is the biggest worry.

Hazard won a whole lot less? Hazard is twice the player pogba is. And Pogba won the world cup because he's apart of a good team he didn't single handily do anything.

You start by taking exception that hazard has won less than Pogba. He has won less than Pogba. Secondly, it doesn’t really matter who the better player is NOW Pogba is younger and on a longer contract, therefore is worth much more. Yes Hazard is a phenomenal player, an even better player than Paul, but looking at the context it is plain to see who would command the bigger fee. Hazard wanted to leave and had one year left. Pogba wants to leave but has ostensibly three years left on his contract.

We can't really let go of Pogba this summer.
We let Herrera and Fellaini go already, we do need at least some midfielders to play for us next season.
We'd have to buy about 2/3 players at least and hope they slot right in.

I blame the club for this situation. Pogba, Raiola and all of the clubs should have been told months ago that if united's valuation is not met in the form of a transfer offer by the 1st of July he isn’t for sale. After that it’s preseason and he is going nowhere.

Don't worry mate, Longstaff, Fred and McTominay will be strong enough to keep us in the top 8.

Mourinho couldn’t control Pogba!

If Pogba tells Ole, at the end of the season, he wants to stay, Ole will take that in good faith. If his greedy agent then gets in his ear, and convinces him he can get him a move, doesn’t that change things?

While Mourinho had to go. He was at least smart enough to read what was happening and started building for a life without Pogba.

Agent works for the player. If the player wants to stay at a club that doesn’t want to sell then the agent can’t convince him otherwise. To suggest otherwise implies Pogba has no intelligence when clearly he is a very confident man who knows exactly what he wants and calls his own shots.

I don't want him at the club, but I don't know if we're going to re invest the money or not. I can't even think of a replacement.

Problem with that is that in his end of season meeting with Ole Pogba said he was happy and not looking for a move. There has been no transfer request and the first comments were from Pogba last week followed by Raiola now. I am disappointed that Paul was not upfront at the end of the season and this could probably have been done and dusted by now.

As bad as that sounds, Europa league seasons are particularly long, we need numbers in midfield as much as we need quality.

I really want Pogba to stay but if he wants out I rather we sell him cheap to a club like Parma on a 3year-deal instead of letting him go to Real or Juve.

Just feck this whole transfer window in general! We’ve answered one of the six questions posed from last season (RB, CB, CM, CM, RW, ST) still not got rid of any fecking deadwood and are about to lose two, if not three key players in Lukaku, Pogba and possibly De Gea.

Starting line-up at the moment:

................DDG
AWB Smalling Lindelof Shaw
........Fred Matic McT
..Lingard Rashford Martial

What a joke!

The PL transfer window closing earlier than the rest of Europe is going to feck us over.

I bet we sell him after our window closes.

Mid table mediocrity. We are being run into the ground.

It’s bad. Ole is doing his best I’m sure, and this strategy of buying British is admirable in a way, but we’re so average it’s unreal. God help us if we go in to next season with the first XI you’ve listed. We’ll finish mid-table.

It's probably more important that we sell him than actually keeping him.

What's Marco Asensio or Lucas Vasquez doing?
Player + Money for Pogba. Use said money to fund Fernandes transfer.

Agree 100%. No chance of top 6 never mind top four with this shit starting.

Marco Asensio is not for sale. Arsenal offered 30 million for Lucas, so he could leave this summer

If Lukaku leaves, there could be a striker coming. If its Pogba leaving, there will be a midfielder coming

So stop being dramatic.

Post of the year. That too for free right?

So a single replacement for each of those will solve our problems? OK.

Let’s try an unproven PL player such as Fernandes to replace Pogba’s goals and assists. Better yet let’s get in a 21yr old who’s just recovering from knee ligament damage!

A top form Poga is probably our best player. The guy is poison though, and we will never have a healthy squad with him at our club. I'd like him to leave.

I think this is worth a bit of drama when ten years ago our team was:

VDS
Brown Ferdinand Vidic Evra
Hargreaves Carrick Scholes
Ronaldo Rooney Tevez

And we’re now looking at starting the season with a weaker team than Leicester and Wolves!

again, so much freaking hysteria. Wolves haven't brought in anyone so far, they've only signed loanees Jimenez and Dendoncker to permanent deals. Leicester have brought in Ayoze Perez. We had a terrible start and a terrible end to the season, and still finished comfortably ahead of them ... and now we've massively improved our RB spot with Wan-Bissaka, yet we're somehow weaker than Leicester and Wolves now?! Wow.

If I'm Maguire I'm thinking maybe I should hold off and see if Leicester can pip United.

Pogba will go. Bruno will replace.

Herrera has gone. Longstaff will replace.

Considering last year we were already in need of an extra midfielder this situation is not a good one.

People are spending so long arguing over the merits of Pogba leaving that the fact Bruno & Longstaff will cost less combined than Pogba will bring in will go under the radar.

This whole situation is the Glazers wet dream; buy Pogba, sell in 3 years for small profit & replace at a cut price.

The only reason Bruno hasn’t signed is cause we’re using him to soften the blow publicly [why do we need the Pogba funds to finance a €60-€70mil deal  ] but mentioning these facts on here seems to get you a ‘Quality Control’ notice.

I’ll say it again, it is laughable that people are considering this Pogba sale a good thing. We are ****ed with him & will be even more so without.

I’m all for Pogba being sold if that money were to be invested with additional bodies. Bruno & Longstaff should be elementary at this point; Maddison, Brooke’s, Olmo et al. would at least give cause for hope.

We’ve lost 2 midfielders [one I hardly rate & another who rarely performed] & are replacing them with 2 ‘lesser’ players - this isn’t how good teams are built.

After potentially selling our biggest two goal threats and top assister & most creative players, yes I do believe that!

Leicester’s Midfield could end up: Maddison Ndidi Tielemans
Wolves’ Midfield: Neves, Jota, Dendonker

Four of those, at least, would walk into our starting line-up.

I think a major issue for us is that this is even a topic of discussion. Comparing our squads to Leicester and Wolves!

we will wonder how much he is sold to see if Woodward is deviating from being a sugar daddy in transfer business.

yes it is. And I think it's both a testament to how poorly United have done over the past few years and how good of a job Leicester and Wolves have done.

still, I think some posters are way overdramatic. It's understandable to a degree, but this is still a side that missed top 4 by "only" 5 points despite a terrible start and a terrible end to the season ... and finished 9 points ahead of Wolves and 14 ahead of Leicester, which, all of a sudden, are considered better than us. With Chelsea and Arsenal struggling, we actually have a good shot at top 4. Maybe I just like to be optimistic, but what fun is being a fan if the glas is always half-empty?

I really don’t care if hes goes. Raiola and Pogba should be nowhere near our club with their cancerous attitude. We’ve lost far better players before.

With that being said, I’d only be happy if we absolutely fleece Real with our asking price. 150m is bullshit in a world where Leicester can put such a high price tag on a player like Maguire. 200m should be our bare minimum. Pay up or feck off.

Our midfield after Pogba will look like a big joke really. This club is such a mess right now.

Scenes if he goes to City... oof

I think he'd become one of our most hated former players and rightly so
