Newcastle down to 10 men. Headbutt to Saint's player who really made a meal of it but yeah, using head like that is a red.

Ah, the old footall "headbutt".

Two players gently put their foreheads together, one throws themselves on the floor and the other gets a red card. Great panto.

Newcastle getting robbed, that can't possibly be a red card. What's the point of VAR?

Saka with a silly dive. I hate that he have pick that habit.

Arsenal look supremely impressive.
Pace, power and skill in abundance

The ref was literally already running towards them, presumably to book Diaz for the initial contact, so he had a perfect line of sight
counterpoint: pawson is a blind, incompetent idiot who got conned by diaz flopping

Arsenal are washed. United finishing above them.

I thought the intent was clear, it shouldn't have to result in pain or injury for it to be a red card. Schar lost his head for a second and lashed out.

edit: on second viewing, the only way I could see for Schar's case is if he thought they were going to lock heads. Diaz had no intentions of that obviously

what's the best game on right now? I don't know if I wanna do 90 minutes of Arsenal-Wolves.
he's going to get fat to force a move to city and then magically be in shape again
:lol:unfortunately I don't think he possesses Harden's elite mentality at giving up. Would love to see a fat Saka though.

Tell me you haven't seen the incident without telling me you haven't seen the incident. Trying to frame that as "lashing out" to make it sound more violent is silly, especially when Diaz had forward movement as well.
