Can't really see it, Dortmund will not sell imo. And even then I am not too worried. City need improvements, but not in the striker area imo. Can't see them fitting Auba and Aguero into the team and you can't really put one on the bench either. Play one of them on the wing would be a waste too. Yeah if Aguero has his typical injuries, it's probably nice to have Auba, but overall wouldn't be too worried about that transfer.
And I just can't see it happen. Auba is the one where Dortmund has the control, doubt they will sell him. Di Marzio is very good when it comes to transfers with connections to Serie A, but I am not so sure if he knows his shit about that transfer. Wasn't he also the one, who said Oliver to Dortmund was a done deal, that didn't happen.
That is just one gem in the long list of bullshit DI Marzio spouted about us over the years. If I would be bored, I would make a list of his biggest "rumours", but in this case it is not even needed.
Not even a whimper in Germany from sources close to the club, not a single rumour about a good striker, not enough halfway relaible rumours in general to explain the huge influx of money such a transfer would bring us (we woould bleed City dry given the contract situation), not a single past examplke in this decade where we sold a top player with that much time left on his contract. This is just not happening.

City really would have to go mad on his transfer fee. I'm talking like €150M+ if they want him this summer but Dortmund really can't afford to lose a 4th top player in one summer if or they might just let Reus go as well and start a complete rebuild.

That Fjortoft (spelling) guy also said something about a Bundesliga player to a PL club too. Hope it's not going to happen.
Dortmund surely cant sell, whats his contract like? Gundagun and Hummels out, possibly myhkitaryan as well with 1 year left, that would be 4 of their core out the door in 1 year.

The owner of bluemoon has said his reps were at CFA today.
Aye, I'd think that Aubamayeng would be deemed untransferable this season at least. Unless someone offers stupid (world record type) money. I think he'll end up at Madrid in a year or 2 anyway, especially if he keeps his scoring rate up.Until 2020, no clause.
In a sense he's right though. No way Dortmund will sell unless someone offers crazy money for Aubameyang and we're not talking 80m here. Not that he's worth it imho but to make Dortmund sell this summer with two pillars gone (Hummels, Gündogan) and another with just one year left on his contract (Mkhitaryan) unwilling to renew, I'd say the possibility of getting Auba for anything less than 100m is pretty slim.150M euros for Auba? Have a word mate, you sound like Rawk saying Ibra will be on £600K a week.
Well, EPL clubs love buying mediocre Bundesliga players for stupid money, so I see some transfers happen this window.

Agreed. I think €100M plus Iheanacho makes sense. Maybe add a €50M buyback option for 2019 to satisfy Iheanacho, if he´s reluctant to move to Dortmund. In a sense he's right though. Looks like a tidy player and wont do any harm to City's attack, seeing as Aguero's fitness is a bit iffy at times.Class signing if it happens. Good problem to have fitting him and Aguero in the team. They were always going to break the bank this summer, it isn't the end of the world.
It's actually depressing how City get Gundogan and Aubameyang while we get Ibrahimovic and Schweinsteiger.
