If he can play in midfield in a way similar to how we always envisaged Hargreaves playing, Carrick next year will be immense. Removes so much of the shackles which has kept him from getting recognised.

Surely they know that we have a certain Serbian centre back who eats players like Carroll for breakfast when it comes to heading.
Carroll gave Vida some problems in that match last year, but he was never destroyed. It will be a good battle for sure, but Ivanovic beasted Carroll in the air this season, and Vidic is even better so nothing to be worried about.

I get amused by easily fooled people and yes I'm minus 10 years old. Anyway, time for bed. Hope the signing is true. We may have got ourselves a gem here who could be at the club for the next 10-15 years if he is good enough.
