Been watching some Pedro highlight-videos lately on YT and the first thing that comes up in me is how easy Barca make it look to score a goal. Oh well, that's a different discussion...the Pedro transfer is likely to be announced soon I assume.
Surely this is the transfer that restores order and brings Memphis on the wing? Van Gaal has publicly stated Young is no Neymar etc. Perhaps this transfer will allow him to drop Young?
Young isn't the reason why Memphis is playing in the middle I don't think. Van Gaal seems to want him to play as a second striker. Mata is clearly the best player for the #10 role but I don't think he wants to play with a traditional #10. Only time will tell though - I'd love to see Memphis on the wing.

I wasn't disputing whether he would be eligible to play for us in the CL. I was stating that we had to sign him by Monday for him to be able to participate in the qualifying round, which you've answered, anyway.
