haggling over payment terms if you're the only party is a done thing, but in a competitive situation the seller chooses the most important element for them, which by the looks of it is how Chelsea have moved ahead of us. we know this and could easily match it so I only think that its either LVG that charged his mind or Pedro prefers London.
