The ugly fecker Tevez scored ?
The 4th goal, but Pogba did all there.
The ugly fecker Tevez scored ?
I guess though that's the problem with taking young players from smaller academies and bringing them in to massive squads. I mean Pogba is an odd one because we clearly had the weakness in the middle but at the same time he was perhaps a little too raw that season. In all honesty I think if we had had another peak midfielder around who could have looked after him we might have seen him more. Games he could have played were games Carrick likely would have been rested and we didn't have anyone else who could look after someone in the middle.
It's like with Januzaj atm he's saying all the right things but when you look at the sheer number of players he's currently competing with, Rooney, kagawa, welbeck, hernandez, valencia, nani, young, zaha, for a spot in the team with RVP, you can easily see it might be very tough for him to get games, same with Powell and Henriquez. These guys are too good for the reserve league and so to progress they need to play either for us, where it looks unlikely they'd get much time or on loan which is rarely ideal.
That's the other problem with Chelsea and City investing so much in established players in recent years. It's meant there's very little room for error which always makes it harder to bring in a younger player due to the added risk.
This thread just goes round and round in circles every time he kicks a ball, with the same "we fecked up here", "bollocks, no we didn't" argument regurgitated every time.
I'm fine with itEssentially we traded 6 months of a good Scholes for years of Pogba.
Indeed. And comments like this, of course.
Marchisio damaged his knee ligaments and will be out for a while, Pogba will not leave Juventus as this is a big opportunity for him to establish as a first teamer.
That mix of athleticism, technical ability and genius could make him an absolute force of nature.
The biggest talent we have ever lost bar Ronaldo. At least we got a few years and money out of Ronaldo. People often blame agent or the player whatever but he WAS our player so it can only down to us to not keep hold of him.
He made the right decision leaving us. We made the wrong one loosing him. Pogba agent only care about his client and not us. Seem a good bit of advice from his agent here. His brain/agent might put a stop on that.

He chose to come to us didnt he? It's not like he never wants to come here. There's nothing to get over here just the fact that he could be the best/most suitable midfielder we could have.Jesus christ. He made the decision with his agent, get over it.

I think that was bound to happen anyways this season.
Slightly depressing that. Complete feck up on our part.I know its only a you tube compilation but he looks a better player than Thiago there.
Yep, true. If it doesn't though...fecking hell. Don't think it can be overstated how good a player of his attributes could become if he matures properly as a footballer.
he got everything except the mentatility
he got everything except the mentatility
Christ!

RVP was a complete nutter at PSV. Pogba's attitude is fine, he just didnt want to wait for his chances when he knew he could do better than the players being picked instead of him. Also unlike Januzaj and Lingard he's a beast physically and was clearly ready to play in the premier league without worry on that end. Pogba may not be loyal to Juventus if the top clubs in the world want him, he probably wont be. But we'd have been silly to expect anything different to that considering how we got him in the first place, exploiting his lack of loyalty
true, but as he developed immensely under us and chose to go to a lesser team, we cant force him to stay if he's not willing to wait, our league battle was crucial and for betterment or not, Fergie chose experience of Scholes and and even other more experienced players (even if out of position). Even though he was good enough he didn't have the experience to be relied on, and Fergie had his reasons and own way of nurturing talent. We can say all we want but Fergie saw everything behind the scenes and never really pushed for him to stay near the end, there must have been something irritating the manager, to slowly let him slip away, maybe his infamous agent or something else. we lost out no need to dwell on it everytime he plays, that's a boat that sailed and most likely will never return.
Why don't you use capital letters?
