YuckWoodward: "No Pogba but I got you a Matuidi. You like?
I do it every morning before even brushing my teet. Mental.
You dont brush your teeth?[/QUOTE]This sounds extremely painful
"That line was breaking up, but you'll be happy we've finally got Drogba, and still working on McGeady"
He hasn't said anything!Didn't Paddy announce Carrick had signed a new contract this summer a few weeks before it was announced by the club?
Isn't it the €110m they wanted?
Not buyout fees though.
I've just seen it on MUTV. That utdreport account taking things out of context and twisting things for RT's, as usual.
Seems like old news as this Is the same bid they apparently rejected.
It's highly unlikely that he actually has a buyout clause, a release clause is more likely and you can pay them the way you want.
They were having a casual chat on the pitch. The reporter said "the press are obviously writing a lot" or something like that. Paddy said "Yeah well, the word in the press is that's it's been done for months" as if to say..shows what they know as he still isn't here! What was actually said by top muppet Crerand?
While ending up with Matuidi in the process? No thanks. Just pay whatever they demand. If true, we should tell them do one.

Mention a few similar players who would be available that can play at a similar level to Pogba.Matuidi is not the only available midfielder in the world.
You mean if Juve want they can make a million Euro EYI for 94 years to pay Napoli?
I can't wait to see "BBC: Pogba having medical" in the title of this thread.Cant wait to see Paul Pogba thread in United forum.
It's more unnerving that someone is wearing a football shirt to a party tbf
Eh?Surely Woodward won't allow himself to look foolish yet again, being unable to land a big target. He's already the laughing stock amongst CEO's of major clubs.
Not if they activated the release clause. Will they not have to pay the amount at Serie A's offices if they bypassed Juve and activated the clause?
Weren't the three musketeers during the Herrera comedy episode at the LaLiga offices?
Not buyout fees though.

Both clubs will discuss about it, but a buyout clause leads to free agency while a release clause is just a transfer fee set by contract.
Are we there yet?23001 posts already. We only need an another y record. Come on muppets, lets do it before the saga is concluded!
What I read was the Napoli refused to talk about it, so Juve bypassed them and activated the clause. I guess someone is lying then.
With a 100m to burn there will be a few who can be made available.
Also, there are different ways to skin a cat. What is Pogba's current level? Can you say with certainty that Jose wants to play him as a box to box midfielder, or does he want him as the more attacking midfielder in three?
You don't always get the same type of player with the same abilities; you adjust. You get Carrick for Keane and make it work.
Yep. If there's a clause in Pogba's contract that states they have to pay a portion of his transfer fee to the agent, trying to push that off onto the buying club just reeks. They were happy enough to include the clause to secure his signature in the first place. If they don't at least compromise on it I'd be happy to pull out.I'd love Pogba here but out of principle you can't just be held to ransom in every negotiation, even Levy had his limits! When a Zidane led Madrid baulk at a fee you know you're being taken to the cleaners. Tell them where to go.
Can Woody fly an F35?
