I suspect that much of that - with the hair coloring is from his agent but he was always capable of not to much leading, but producing something great in a game that needs it. Seeing as Jose has been after him for years I don't think he has any doubt over where he'll play him and why he's buying him.

He has a very creative mind and such a flair player with the ball at his feet, plus he's very hard to knock off the ball he's a midfielder that if he played at #10 would get 15+ goals a season without a doubt.

To be honest, i couldn't really care less where he goes, though i reckon there's still a long way to go yet. Pogba will never get the recognition he wants whilst playing for Juve though. Serie A is no longer regarded as one of the best leagues and, whilst Juve have a better team than us right now, i reckon we'll surpass them under Jose.
Basically Allegri is trying to hype up Juve as a "top 4 club", thus believing Pogba will stay.
