Juventus? Or Allegri saying he should stay because in Allegris mind they are the 4th biggest club in the world and somehow Manchester United is a step down for poor Paul.

Don't scare the muppets :lol:
Muppets are already scared, but muppets are brave and confident now! :D

Was tongue in cheek boys, what Allegri says doesn't change anything.

Though it is a bit interesting that everyone at Juve seems to have different opinions of whether Paul is leaving or not. Didn't their director basically say he was off or something a few days ago?

DON'T BE FLUSTERED BY CRAP REPORTS FROM NO CLUE COACHES MY FELLOW MUPPETERS .

Until I see Di Marzio himself tweet deals off, I'm holding firm :devil:

Fabio Paratici said that should Bonucci or Pogba leave, they are well prepared for eventual replacements.

That can be said about any player at any club.

Incredible logic by Allegri.

1. I believe Juve are a top 4 euro team
2. I believe MUFC is a step down
3. Thus I believe Juve > MUFC
3. Thus I believe pogba will stay because of these reasons

:lol::lol:
:lol::lol::lol:

it's what any muppet on the other side if the coin would think to be fair :lol:

I can't help but wonder why if this deal is likely it hasn't been done yet. Usually with United a protracted transfer saga results in our target joining Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

Take a wild guess...

Because the player is still on vacation half way around the world ?

Because he's on holiday.

Yes but considering he specifically named Pogba and Bonnuci who have been under huge speculation this window is questionable. Not to add, you could argue they already have signed those replacements in Benatia and Pjanic.

The lack of patience is extraordinary. The player is currently on holiday, once that ends this will escalate rather quickly I expect.
Hardly extraordinary? Given the number of transfer sagas we have had that drag on and on and on.

It is considering people are not considering the Euros, the fact he's on holiday, the amount he would cost etc. Some people think about what we'll do but Juventus have to protect their own interests. It all takes time. What it's really about is some people are scared we won't get him so refuse to be patient and jump on every little thing just for a reason to freak out.

We had the whole of the summer up until now to table a bid. Why the delay?

It takes 24 hours to sign a player. The fact is there will be minimal haggling over price. They say no contract but the reality is they are not going to say any different. 9/10 is convincing the player...the rest is making the offer and it being acceptable.

I agree but there are still signs this is heading the way of Vidal/Sneijdet and nobody can be arsed with that, so get desperate for it to conclude.

I'm not going to go down the road of becoming another Redcafe "itk"

But I've been told - I believe - quite reliably that Mourinho has now nixed the deal.

Believe me, don't believe me, I don't give a shite. But I'm just sharing what I've heard. I hope it is wrong but we'll see.

I'd love him to join but if it falls through I can at least enjoy a relaxed @Judas melting down...

What's 'nixed'?

It would not surprise me if this were true. I never found the idea believable that the club (or Mourinho) were somehow willing to give Pogba time to decide whether he actually wanted to join us or not.

Jose wanted him at Chelsea and at United...why would he 'change' his mind? I doubt anything in the training sessions/the wigan game would change it and we've known what his agent is like all summer...I don't really buy it and I don't think anyone else is saying that. (but it's just want the thread needed....lol)...

Well that's exactly what you're doing.

As I say probably for the simple reason that Pogba's commitment or desire to return is seriously in doubt.

Kante says Hi.
Different players want to resolve their futures at different times. Imagine the coverage Pogba would get if he joined us for 100m then went on holiday. The media would be on him at every moment.
