The most of the capitals security forces would have been centered around the stadium tonight. That means that other sights would be easier targets that they would normally be.

With all due respect, I'm not sure that relationship is any better in any other European country. I don't see why France gets all the backlash broadside while other countries avoided the most of it so far.

Got an eye witness on CNN who escaped the concert. He says guys clothed in black clothing rushed into the concert with AK47s and kept shooting at the crowd. When they reloaded, he rushed out and apparently took an injured teenage girl with him. He says he still has friends inside hiding.
