Wait..what?!? You cannot make this shit up
Apology accepted.
Good post. Absolutely nailed it.
We'd best be sure someone picks that up or we'll have a murder investigation on our hands with OT as the crime scene. He's right though, somebody's head has to roll.

Robin Van Persie could have been killed today...
A training device left behind by our official Fake Bomb Partner...
He's right though, somebody's head has to roll.
Don't go giving the club any ideas. Next thing we know we will hire an external company to stage a mock ISIS-style beheading on one of the concourses and on the first match of next season somebody will open a cupboard and a fake head will roll out onto the pitch.

So that's half the money we saved on not sacking LvG in earlier up the spout.
I'm fecking livid about this whole scenario.
It's 2016 - terrorism is real - how can Old Trafford spend multiple days with a (potentially) explosive, unknown, device in one of its bathrooms? The idea that people are let into the venue without a full sweep is scary enough. The idea that events can be carried out midweek without security checks is insane.
Earlier today I was praising the team that evacuated the stadium and the forces that worked to ensure the safety of all the individuals who attended the game today (including friends and family of mine). Now I am left red faced.
Are there people who think this is a minor event?
I will emphasize my reaction. TOTAL shambles on and off the pitch.
I bet you thought this alert was gonna be a green smiley.
Well, he hasn't. What happened today has nothing to do with what happens on the pitch.
It's as if some people would be slightly more accepting of such a situation if we were sitting top of the league. It takes a special brand of imbecility to draw comparison between the two.

He's definitely staying now. The bastard.
No it doesn't.
The external company should have insurance. They screwed up in a big way, they should count in & out those things. They should be aware of the risks of leaving a bomb in a public place. That would be where some embarrassment comes into play, if we sue a local business out of existence because of a mistake like this it would be tremendously poor form, I understand the magnitude of their error as I am sure the company do but to put some people on the dole queue as a result ? Nah, not for me.
The best way to bury these embarrassing headlines is to sack LVG. Frame him as the fake bomb planter.
Seriously, you're so worked up one would think it was you who forgot to deplant the rubber bomb.
Of course that somebody has to be fired there, probably one that forgot to check their equipment. He'll cost his company around 3 mln pounds most likely. Today could have ended in some mass panic attack while leaving the stadium, there could've been the injured or even stampeded to death if shit got serious.
To pretend that everything is alright is pretty silly. Kudos to our stewards, the police and military for making all this stuff go, thankfully, impeccably safe but somebody's fecked up nontheless and should pay for it.
Wait a minute.....
Does this mean the toilets at the ground are never cleaned?!?
How? HOW is this anything to do with the club?
This club really is a complete joke

- Sergio Ramos's mother on the wum
- Broken fax
- Leaked blood samples
- The Januzaj substitute
- Videos while bus being hammered by fans
- Dummy device
This year has well and truly been a magnificent PR journey.
I'm sat here in stiches man, I can't believe the state of this thread so to suggest I am worked up is ... I can't even address that.
It is obviously a mistake, should a cancelled football game equate to a company getting sued out of existence and having people who had nothing to do with the exercise unemployed as a result ? No, It's £3mil which is a lot of money to a lot of people, but not to us as a club.
