I gave up my season ticket last year, as travelling from uni in Bristol was taking it's toll on my finances, but I'd been patted down every game going into the Stretford End since 2012.

Really? I genuinely don't remember being patted down since this season. Never did in the North Stand and certainly don't remember even being delayed getting in to the east stand, but then this season I have to queue for a min or two while everyone gets searched.
