These sound really good, I only play my PS4 a couple of hours a day at the most so I don't know if I'd make much use out of one, but I will end up buying one no doubt.
First impressions are great, but I only have Mario Kart at the moment. I've tried the demos of Rayman Legends, Pokken and Snipperclips as well. I think I need to get Snipperclips a spin with my girlfriend to see if I wanna buy it.
Anyway, there are a lot of accessories for this thing, so what has everyone got themselves? I probably have to get myself some kind of carrying case/bag for it and a screen protector. Any recommendations?

I've not really tested mine for distance, but it works fine all round my house, I don't have any issues playing mp in other rooms and all that either.
Same here. Wife got me the switch, was a huge surprise for me , just like when she got me my ps4 . Chuffed to bits

I did not get one for Christmas but I’m thinking a trip in to town tomorrow to purchase one is needed. I was thinking of trying to get an N64 but I might just go for a switch. I feel like I need another great Zelda game in my life and some Mario Kart.

and I got a gift card so will be copping MarioEnded up getting a Jackbox game on the ps4, can't really go wrong with that for a family party game.
Mario Kart battle mode is all you need for family fun.
Mario Odessy is better than the Rabbids game though, very highly recommended imo.
In a moment of weakness i fecked up my left joy con, the rail got disconnected form the joy con with 2 orange cables hanging out that is connected with the electronical part of the joy con. It worked for a while, now my battery is empty on the left side and i cant get it to charge. Anyone have any tips? I cant buy one the next 2 days, so would be happy if there was a short term fix, but i dont believe so. Even if i open it up, i dont know if i can put it back to its place and it would work all of a sudden again.

Just have MARIO kart, and bought rocket league. Going to get mario odyssey tomorrow, but will also nip to the shops to pick up another set of joy cons and splatoon.. any other must haves? Zelda?

My girl ended up buying herself a switch after playing some zelda on mine. Glad she'll have more stuff to have fun with! ^^
Each to their own. Mario odyssey is a fine game - but I much preferred mario and rabbids - it’s more my cup of tea

Only must-have for me is Xenoblade 2 so far, but that's because I love jrpgs. (clocked in 110 hours now)

Banging out the hours! I’ve managed to put in 40 around working full time and I’m loving it, only on episode 3 so far. I’m a bit under levelled though so a bit of a grind is in order.
Have grinded tons for blades (have all of them now, just grinding to max them all out and leveling the last bits to 99).
Loving it, and I've still not done any superbosses or even finished the story.
Back from Tesco.. didn’t get another set of joy cons.. i don’t have any friends so their use would be limited anyway!
Wanted splatoon but was sold out sonwent for Zelda and rabbids, to go with rocket league, MARIO odyssey and kart.

I'm just holding off to see if there's any deals going after Christmas. I do have like a 15 quid voucher on amazon though so maybe i can use that on one of their bundles

Both the little ones this for Christmas, just the Mario Kart bundle. For the kids obviously. Not for me. It’s just a coincidence that I bought Zelda as well...
Just finished Mario Odyssey. Cool game. Not sure it's worth the scores it garnered but it was fun nonetheless. I like how you can pick up and play for an hour or so at a time and not miss a beat. I've seen criticism that it's too short but it didn't seem that way to me.
Probably put two hours into Rabbids and love it - much better than I'd expect it. Very addictive.
loaded Zelda and spent 10 mins on it. Think I'll love that. Did wonder what I'd think of the graphics/art style but it's beautiful.
Think I'll get another few games with some cash I got - skyrim, mario odyssey or Pokemon tournament? Tough call.
