If I m not wrong his user name is wr8_utd.de
This made me laugh.
The specific post in that forum is mentioned in the last page and is only a one line statement saying he is a certainty.
But there were no itk references etc.

Cock out? When is the deal annouced?
The certain user is a journalist, he said himself and during the summer often broke transfer deals very early. Vidal to Juventus, Silva to City, Sanchez to Barcelona.

That's madness.
Look at that pass to Jones, for his one vs one with the goalie, just as an example of creating changes from today's game.
Compare his creativity with someone like Silva. We only have Giggs who can unlock a defence with a forward pass.
Carrick, Anderson, Rooney, Berbatov.....
To be fair I can see Berba having it in him. I wouldn't say the rest are particularly creative though.
Very easy to choose one moment in one game and suggest that he does that all the time. Rooney's main talents (disregarding striker traits) lie in his long-range passing and his work-rate. His dribbling is very poor, his first touch can be hefty and it's not often you can see a magical pass from him to unlock a tough defence.
Very often when United have struggled in tough games of late, the ball constantly finds itself into Rooney's feet, and he has nothing, the ball goes wide and the attack comes to nothing. Please don't mistake me for saying Rooney isn't a good player, but a creative attacking play-maker - he is not.
Most of Rooney's best games have come from him playing deep so long may he stay there...
Remember his previous game playing a lone striker ?
His no Sneijder put it that way. We should just leave Rooney to be a Striker and let him flourish in scoring goals. Just like what RVP is doing now.

This is looking like it has a lot of substance to it. I remember thinking the same with the Valencia and Ashley Young rumours in the paper.
Isn't he a winger?
He is. Him and Gary Cahill should be our priorities for next window. We need a winger and a defender.
Jorge Mendes, our old friend is apparently brokering the deal.
And also from what I've heard he's a Silva/Mata player rather than a proper winger.
If we do sign him, what'll happen to the posters who make value jokes and make retarded predictions over net outlay
I guess they'll end up with the 'we don't need to spend since we've got Pogba' regime.....
I doubt the guy will ask for big salaries which, in my opinion, was always the reason why we're not buying in the first place.
We were more than happy to pay 110-120k to Nasri plus 20M in transfer fees. Sneijder as it has been proved that was simply not worth the large wages he was asking. We are also playing 100k plus to young plus his transfer fees.
I don't know how you've decided that we didn't buy due to salaries.

The bloke's been criticising how United are operating for a decade.

The problem is that 110-120k will rarely get you an estabilished WC midfielder (in today's market). In matter of fact, its rumored that Nasri went for 180k. Its not in my intentions to discuss on whether its correct to give that money to a player or not but only to show you the reason why (in my opinion) we had found it so hard to sort this problem out.
Has he never been pulled up on it before? I'm fairly new here and I find it irritating just how negative he is about the club. I don't mind people having a different opinion, but I find it hard to accept what he is saying bearing in mind he is supposed to support united.
