33/1 Leicester to be relegated not bad value...
Agree, but he is not the glam signing the fifa brigade want.
I love the line...
Two thirds of the world is covered by water,
The rest is covered by N'Golo Kante.
It's really depressing that we won't get to see the Leicester City of last season go full tilt at the Champions League.33/1 Leicester to be relegated not bad value...
I think they'd get found out. It was a terrible PL season in terms of quality and I wouldn't expect too much from Leicester against Spanish teams or the likes of PSG, Juve, Bayern, Dortmund. Still though, it would be very interesting. It's really depressing that we won't get to see the Leicester City of last season go full tilt at the Champions League.
List? where is this list. He would be my first choice.Kante is on a lot of Caf posters muppet lists for this summer in truth, he's often mentioned.

It will be a big surprise to me if Mourinho isn't interested in Kante. He's like the prototypical midfielder harasser for a Mourinho side.
PL proven, cheap and really disciplined.
What prices have been going around? I would have thought it would be north of 20m. All things considered, that's quite cheap I guess.
Next Ramires? It will be a big surprise to me if Mourinho isn't interested in Kante. He's like the prototypical midfielder harasser for a Mourinho side.

I think he'll use Fosu-Mensah in CM next season and turn him into a fantastic player. Between him, Carrick and Schneiderlin we have enough midfielders in a covering role, think our focus will be an attack minded central midfielder. It will be a big surprise to me if Mourinho isn't interested in Kante. Not sure... tight, high intensity defending matched with pacey counter attacking could have done a lot of damage I think. Feels like they earned the right to a fair crack at it at the very least.I think they'd get found out. He probably wants to have a proper career as well though.Kanté deserves to play in a country where people can write his name properly.
Indeed. Now that he tasted it I'm sure he wants to keep winning titles. He probably wants to have a proper career as well though.
25/1 to win it again.33/1 Leicester to be relegated not bad value...

Quite. Ligue 1 would probably feel like a children's egg and spoon race ribbon compared to the Premier League.Indeed. Now that he tasted it I'm sure he wants to keep winning titles.
He's carried a relegation team to the title, he must really see EPL as such a big challenge now.Quite. Ligue 1 would probably feel like a children's egg and spoon race ribbon compared to the Premier League.
Yep such is the competitiveness of the Premier League very literally any team can win it. You have to beat out other 19 teams, not... IDK who are PSG's rivals in Ligue 1?He's carried a relegation team to the title, he must really see EPL as such a big challenge now.
If you want to pick a fight about who has the biggest league I'm not interested, sorry bro.Yep such is the competitiveness of the Premier League very literally any team can win it. You have to beat out other 19 teams, not... IDK who are PSG's rivals in Ligue 1?
This is a Kante thread, you're saying that he will go to PSG, I'm saying he won't, and why. Sorry if you can't take such a fight. If you want to pick a fight about who has the biggest league I'm not interested, sorry bro.
You're really obsessed about Ligue 1, I never talked about it.
I'm putting you on ignore next time.
Feel free to PM Twigginater for some PL love in though.
I was making a joke about English keyboards not having the "é" of Kanté and you responded by aggressively berating L1 for no reason. Let's not get this anymore off topic. This is a Kante thread, you're saying that he will go to PSG, I'm saying he won't, and why. Sorry if you can't take such a fight.
Except me!Noone knows where he will go next. Chill.
Also carried them past a side that beat you in the Champions League. He's carried a relegation team to the title, he must really see EPL as such a big challenge now.
English keyboards can still make é though. Alt Gr.I was making a joke about English keyboards not having the "é" of Kanté and you responded by aggressively berating L1 for no reason. Let's not get this anymore off topic.

Don't think schneiderlin has shown anything that Kante hasn't to make him a good choice for the ball playing defensive mid while Kante doesn't.I think Mourinho stopped using Ramires i his second spell and even at Madrid he had Khedira who isnt just a donkey. Maybe Mourinho doesnt like to use the Ramires/Kante sort of players? Maybe he wants ball playing defensive players in that case Schneiderlin is ideal. Although if france keep using Kante in the deep midfield role at the Euros with Pogba and Matuidi playing off him it would be interesting to see how well he does at distributing the ball.

He's definitely capable of more than what he has shown for us, that is for sure. It's the same with Herrera under LVG, the stupid fecking system simply doesn't suit all action CMs. I think Mourinho will make much much better use of both, especially schneiderlin but I don't think he'll ever be a ball playing defensive mid like an Alonso or a Carrick. Simply doesn't have the passing range to pull it off. He's much better off as either a b2b midfielder or as a hustler in CM partnered with a more attacking CM next to him. Anyways, let's see how Mourinho uses him.He did show glimpses of it in his Southampton days and on a few occasions last season. I'm hoping mourinho can get the best out of him. But yeah "ideal" is not the appropriate word, I agree. He definitely can't do it all by himself as van gaal expected him to. He needs a playmaker next to him.
Haven't seen Kante play that role so in his case time will tell.
Have I gone to sleep and woken up in 2001?On their teletext service, BBC have a story saying Kante is on only £35k a week at Leicester and that Chelsea want him and will triple his wage. They mentioned PSG, too.
There's no way he stays at Leicester unless they can match the highest wage offer he will receive this summer.
The £35k thing makes sense beings as he was a relative nobody this time last year, but there's going to be some serious negotiating whether he stays or goes.
