I (and every draft ‘expert’ out there) am iffy on using a #9 pick on him. But in the 2nd he’s absolutely worth taking a flier on, and trading back in the first to pick up more assets and still get him is a feasible option. And Mills‘ and Mac Jones‘ performance this year relative to higher rated mobile rookie QBs might give them leeway to feel good about taking a chance on him.
