Nfl 2008-2009

I can't believe the Colts won that game earlier, the Vikings got it handed to them on a plate and let it go.

Peterson had a great game as well, Jackson just could not put enough points on the board.

Struggling a bit since that tackle on Cassels knee. 2 sacks, Moss looks uninterested.

Brandon Marshall is fast becoming the best receiver in the league. Ten receptions for 118 and a T.D. in his first half of the season. Entertaining game, 31-17 Denver at halftime.

Cutler is playing extremely well

fecking pathetic second half performance by the Broncos

feck You San Diego!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was a very good game and a gutsy call to go for the two points at the end, both quarterback's played pretty well.

Sproles is a very explosive little midget and Marshall was also impressive with 18 catches.

Take a bow Cassel. Played well, called the plays well, and controlled the pace and style of the game.

Few newbie type errors, some awful handoffs, but overall, the lad did well.

Yeah, he did well. The only major complaint I had is when he had an easy touchdown to Moss at one point. Moss changed his route mid play after Revis bit on an inside move, went deep and was wide open. Cassel took too long to recognise it then undershot him forcing him to come back for the ball and it was broken up. You have to make those plays really but I think he will get better as he plays more.

I know the play you mean. Moss probably still should have caught it.. but overall for a debut start in the NFL he did well. Changing plays maybe got his nerves a bit, you could tell he was scared of making plays that could be intercepted, he was aiming for a mistake free game I think.

Holy shit the player on teh Eagles threw the ball before he got into the end zone, what a moron hahaha

DeSean Jackson. That is seriously one of the most stupid plays I have seen as long as I have been watching American football.

Great game so far by the way.

That was a great play by Ware on 3rd down. Have to say the Cowboys D wasnt that good for most of the game though

Neither was Philly's difference is Dallas' D stepped up when it mattered most. Dallas should have won this game in a rout but two gift touchdowns off turnovers and multiple penalties kept Philly in it all game.

BTW, I told you that Ware is every bit as good as Merriman though the latter would never have chased McNabb down after being knocked down and running 40 yards from the opposite side.

No it looks good when I show up at Mile High drunk off my ass before a Broncos-Radiers game

Kiss me you big macho cowpoker.

Bet you nearly peed your pants before the Eagles gave it away late.

Haha. When Philly wins something of notice feel free to ping me. Until then...

Shite D and a choker at QB. The Cowboys will be winning feck all this year.

Yeah I think they'll choke eventually, but they are the most talented team, with Brady missing from the Pats, but that doesnt mean much in the NFL.

ESPN ranked the NFL franchises since the merger I believe

Dallas
Pittsburgh
SF
Miami
Denver

were the top five fairly legit I'd say, although, SF fans will probably complain

SF had a solid 15 year run but the other 20+ years have been quite shit to mediocre. Dallas and Pittsburgh have been consistently winning sides, save a blip here and there for both clubs.

Pats will still get through to the playoffs, playing ugly, gritty games. Solid on the defense, and Cassel will grow more in confidence during the season.

With a break, I can see even another superbowl appearance.

The only chance they have to win the SuperBowl is if Brady comes back which I doubt will happen as he did his MCL and ACL

Bears gonna take it home!

If Orton can start playing his best and the D stays healthy, we might have a shot. We've looked good in the first couple games and should have beaten Carolina if it wasn't for a big choke at the end.

Forte is looking really good.

Alex, your team and my team are going head to head. It doesn't look good for my saints, and cutler and marshall will probably tear us a new one, but I think the saints still have a chance. 41-38 Saints. Feel free to quote that.
