It´s pretty funny, if you watch it through the ESPN pundits, where Robson argues Neymar is not world class and Nicol argues that he is world class, but it makes no sense to go to PSG, cause they are lightyears behind Barcelona, although Neymar and the referee were the main reason Barcelona beat PSG last year. It´s hilarious.

PSG would have to win the champions league. Though, that is probably the case for any player hoping to win Ballon D'Or (at least in a non WC/Euro year).
