This may be medically inaccurate but reading it, it sounds like he’s got a torn arsehole

Damn. What a legend and an absolute gentleman. Rip to one of the greatest of all time.Jerry West has died RIP to the logo, absolute legend.
If Boston kick on after this season, Tatum and Brown will be considered a GOAT duo.3-0.
I hope not hear again about “Luka & Kyrie”. Such a poor team. Three games in the NBA Finals without reaching 100 points. I blame the Celtics for letting them back in this game. This should’ve been a blowout.
Please make it 4-0.

The Timberwolves would’ve done better, but they played like amateurs against Dallas after beating the defending champions. Minnesota at least play an exciting basketball, while Dallas is such a boring team.
Entirely possible.Whats funny i believe if Denver passed 2nd round they would match up way better than Wolves vs Dallas or Boston.
Yeah I’m inclined to believe Brown is THE man for them. Both are so so good both ways though. Nights like tonight really emphasise that with how bad Luka is on D.Probably.
Brown is great, Tatum not convincing in this series.
Doncic can score and can provide fabulous assists. But, in the end, nothing special about his numbers. He’s not a 40-10-15 guy with 3 blocks, 4 steals and great defense.Yeah I’m inclined to believe Brown is THE man for them. Both are so so good both ways though. Who is a 40-10-15 guy with 3 blocks, 4 steals and great defense though? Peak LeBron is the only one I can think of. In one out of 5 games or so.Boston so far in this series: 107 in Game 1, 105 in Game 2 and 106 in Game 3. I don’t remember anything like this recently.

Absolute morons in charge there. Let's help our biggest rival and feck ourselves.celtics doing it easy ...best team all year and proving it .....just a well rounded team and picking up jrue was just what they needed ...the hell were the bucks thinking
Damn, match ups are motherfeckers in NBA playoffs, its actually funny how everything panned out on West front, East was a meme this season.
You are one funny guy. Greatest of all time duoIf Boston kick on after this season, Tatum and Brown will be considered a GOAT duo.
You are one funny guy. Greatest of all time duo
No they wouldn't. And even if they would, it's a hollow statement. Ant could become the greatest player in NBA history if he kicks on, I guessTo be fair they said, if Boston kicks on. If Boston wins 4 or 5 titles, these two could be in that conversation.

Jordan/Pippen have 6 rings, considerably better players especially in Jordan's case
Russell/Cousy have 6 rings together
Magic/Kareem have 5 rings and are both way better players
Splash Brothers have 4 rings and are the greatest shooting duo in history
If they win another, even a few more, title(s) and keep playing at a high level they are in Thomas/Dumars, Shaq/Kobe, Bird/McHale tier. No one considers those even in the conversation for the GOAT duo.
And let's not forget that they beat a Giannis-less Bucks team, the Cavs without Mitchell, and a very weak Pacers team without Haliburton, with Luka now semi-injured in the Finals. Tatum doesn't have that killer instinct to win 3 or 4 titles imo, but we'll see. It could even be argued that neither of them are the best player on their team in this series with the way Holiday is playing.
But yeah if they go on and dominate the NBA for the next 5 years with 4 rings, I'll retract the above but that won't happen.

So I guess we can say whatever we want now about players as long as we add "if he kicks on". Will become a fun thread. "GOAT status" for Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, come on now. That's the point, you wrote that entire post trying to disagree for no good reason.
Even then, doesn't do much for me. The guy is 27 and has zero first All-NBA teams. The fact that it's not Tatum who'll be Finals MVP in his first title run is also telling about what kind of player he is and isn't for me.Agree with everything, only think that Jaylen Brown elevated himself after this game as a clear-cut MVP of the series. Jrue would be behind him.

What's actually silly is using a "GOAT" expression for a reference to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. It's completely uncalled for. It's a simple expression that they used and is easy to understand. I then quantified what it means to avoid confusion, you tried your best to disagree just to conclude your post with the same take you tried to disagree with.
That's just silly.

They will never amount to anything near GOAT duo status and it's laughable to use it in the same sentence imo.

Anyway.

It won't happen. It's pointless to say stuff like that, which is my point. You can disregard the first sentence then if you want.Make up your mind, you are disagreeing with yourself.
Good point. Someone like Duncan isn't associated with just one other player either as a duo.You also can't talk about a duo in a team that has Jrue, White and Porzingis as their sidekicks imo. If they went on to become a dynasty and win 3 or 4 more I still think we will talk more about how well-rounded team they are. Can't see a way for them to enter into some kind of GOAT debate same as you.
