NBA 2022-2023

It’s on TNT, sorry. Basic cable here in the states so an easy watch.

I'm in California but don't have cable. Currently able to watch using TNT's free 10 minute previews, so far I've used it twice thanks to a combination of incognito mode and a vpn, we'll see if I can get through the whole game with it :)

I’m sharing a YouTubeTV subscription with family. Works out to $20 a month so not too shabby. Benefit of having a bunch of family in the same zip. :)

Nice! I just saw there's a free trial for it too so I'll remember that for when I need it, cheers!

Actually feel good about the lakers after this first half. Only 50% 3 point shooting is keeping the close for GS. They have nothing to stop AD.

congratz to him, saw a voting table and seems one didnt have Jokic on a ballot at all, thats actually funny but glad most toxic mvp race is concluded, certain cnuts made that whole convo around it just ugly

he will find a way, AD doesnt need much to be injured
True, and Green has no issues punching his own teammates, so why not the opposition?

The first I have watched of the Warriors this season and good lord their defense is bad. Is this the normal?

Think fouling was a issue most of the season but saw better defense wise

Need to give Lakers all the calls and the likes of Schroeder getting superstar calls. Classic.

17 free throws to 3 is a big disparity. Some of it is due to bad defense by Golden State who are fouling slashers, and some of it is a little bit of Laker-cooking.

Great first half, and both teams have positives to take going into the second half.

Not sure I am seeing any Laker bias by the refs here. You have the top ft shooting team against the worst, what did you expect? Can’t remember the warriors driving to the basket a single time in the second qtr. if the W’s shoot like this the entire series they take it, but they need to figure out a way to stop the Lakers in the half court, which is a ridiculous thing to say as the Lakers struggle in the half court.

Any basketball game on the road with a 17-3 disparity at HT is not possible without some help from the refs. It’s fine though as the Dubs need to do better and forget about this stuff

Poole has had a decent game, but why he is taking those shots at the end I don't know.

On a side how Poole acts combined with his punchable face, no wonder Green docked him, what the feck was that shot by him, serously what the actual feck.

I think in that situation down 3 he has to take the 3 with 4 seconds left
It was a terrible shot. If he had to take it,, he could have taken a dribble to get closer and there were 9 seconds to go not 3 or 4.

Great win for the lakers in game one, first 30/20 game for a Laker since Shaq in the playoffs, that's with us shooting sub 30 from 3 and then having a 14-0 run to close out.

Hope we take this in 6.

Great start to the series. Can't slack in G2 though, you are never done with the Warriors so each game is crucial - especially since they always win one on the road.

Crybaby warrior fans on about the refs again even after the refs favored them against sac. The warriors cant drive to the paint or take good midrange shots cause of AD so obviously they are going to take way less free throws. Like WI said it's literally the top and bottom free throw shooting teams playing each other but its obviously the refs who have been cheating all season. Ohh if these wankers lose the series against the Lakers and LeBron the salt will be incredible. I still have them as slightttt favorites though.

Anger? If you think that's anger then it explains your mentality. Always the victim. You probably get mistaken for a Liverpool fan a lot.

Lakers have been the best in the league all season at getting to the FT line but also at not putting their opponents there. Warriors are also the worst at getting FTs. This discrepancy isn't a surprise and will likely continue.

Davis is playing like he was supposed to. He has been immense in these playoffs, the best defensive player and one of the best attacking ones.
