NBA 2022-2023

Is Poole actually any good? Because whenever I watch him he’s godawful

He is good. Maybe has a bit brain damage from that vicious hit by Green, but still mostly good.

Kings losing rebounding battle so heavily is the difference so far. It’s not over yet but could be very soon.

FFS just get Len or any other tall lump out there. It literally doesn’t matter if Warriors miss shots now because Looney is just going to collect all of them.

Warriors literally missing everything and getting second, third and fourth chance every single time. Ridiculous.

Sabonis , how about you go for it and jump, get some rebound, Kings watching while Looney collecting those balls like he plays vs kids

Kings have better chance to foul LOoney the moment he catches it than letting him find someone to shoot again,.

His blackeye is getting worse and seems to be bothering him a bit, showed him touching it many times.

That might be but he is making mistake by focusing way to much on Looney, 50% of the time he doesnt even know where the ball is falling while Looney is battling him from position where he watches a rim.

Now they leaving him to shoot without contest and shit not falling.

You can really see Warriors have been here many times over and Kings have just no clue what to do. I didn’t expect them to get outfought so significantly, the effort is just not there at all.

Warriors through means I will be cheering Lakers for the second series in a row. Might end up cheering them all the way if they face Suns next and Celtics in Finals.

Allowing so many 2nd chance opportunities by losing on the glass is just piss poor, its not even fully skill based thing, just poor, game 7, home crowd and no high effort on it.

Like i said near end of the regular season, GSW pulled a scam with their home away win record difference.

Curry staying on in junk minutes chasing that 50, Golden indeed  (But at least he got, now get off).

Curry vs LeBron in the hype train dream match (for a chance to continue the chase for 5). Ridiculous. There's clear stories to sell for either in a finals vs Celtics too. This shits too scripted. Jokic please save us.

Kind of sad that it fizzled out like this for the Kings.

Lakers vs Warriors - hoping for grueling 7 game series with each game going to 11 overtimes.

Kings played really well. Steph was the difference. Top 10 all time - no doubt.

Woohoo!

Who will be favorites between Warriors and Lakers
Warriors are going to be overwhelming favorites in any series they are in. Against Lakers, then against Suns/Nuggets and then Celtics in Finals.

Steph is fecking ridiculous. He was basically tag teaming with just Looney. Everyone else was laying bricks.

Game 7.
On the road.
50 points.

Absurd player. Genuine fecking alien.

I was shocked Mike Brown did not send Len out there, especially as he found use for him previously in the series. Sabonis was awesome in first half and then absent in second. They fell apart ridiculously in that fourth quarter and I guess that 4-point play at the very end of it killed their morale completely. Would have been a different game at 6 down.

Kings were awful tonight and as ridiculous at it sounds when a player just dropped 50, I thought Looney’s effort made the difference tonight more than Curry’s points.

One can also include the Warriors too, especially now that they are healthy. The Bucks are great and should not have lost but they aren't far and away better than others. No team can make that argument at this moment.

Warriors have Steph and no other player who would be considered top-30 currently. In fact, none of their roster has anyone else in the top-50 as per most advanced stats though a fully fit Wiggins likely is. People underestimate Steph’s carry job for last season’s ring.

Do you think? They're not very deep although they maybe have the best player left, they're very reliant on veterans being able to give them big minutes and they won't have home court apart from against the Lakers (against whom I do think they're favourites). They just got taken to 7 by the Kings who clearly aren't the finished article, I'm not sure they'd be favourites at all against the Nuggets never mind overwhelming favourites.

This isn't true. Early predictions and betting lines have both series (even at Nugs 1-0) very close. And there's no massive favourite to the get out of the West(even with the Nuggets 1 up). FiveThirtyEight's system has it (Nuggets 41%, Warriors 34%, Lakers & Suns 17%)

Absolutely wild to have such an open final 4 to me. Shame Giannis and Embiid can't stay fit to keep the East competitive.

Yea i agree, letting a status quo and just watch how they have few reset attempts in same possession is just mental.

They breezed past Nuggets without breaking a sweat last year. Granted Nuggets did not have Murray but still the gulf was huge.

Don’t get me wrong, I would love Nuggets to beat them - in fact Nuggets are by far my favorite team left in the West - but Warriors have this ability to just beat anybody. They have not been beaten by anyone in the West playoffs since 2015.

Damn, I didn't think I had to be that specific based on today's performance.

The Kings played well in the series.

IN THE SERIES.

No he is not and the Warriors will have to trade him in the summer while he maintains a positive reputation.

Both Sarni and I want to get rid of two similar players in Simons and Poole.

Yeah could be true. I just reckon Warriors will always find a way.

East is ridiculous this year. Sixers v Celtics had such hype and will now be a walkover.

I want to trade Simons only if Lillard stays BTW. If Lillard goes, he stays as a tank commander and then possibly sixth man when the team gets good again. :)

I think Simons is slightly better than Poole though. Both are really not capable of leading the team even off the bench.

I am gonna wait for Nuggets to win the championship and then gonna brag all over the internet - YOU SEE! Until then, even I am not so sure they got it.

Warriors need Steph to play 40 mins a game to beat any playoff team. This is not sustainable.
