If this becomes a 3 point shooting contest we lose easily. Need to slow the game down. We look to be winning the rebound battle so far.
 
Damn that was a rough fall for Morant. Looks to be okay though. Memphis are obliterating GS on rebounds.
 
Wow Draymond ejected. Seemed like a harsh call. Looked like a flagrant 1 to me. I mean he slapped him in the face and then pulled him down midair. What did they give the flagrant 2 for?

Unnecessary and excessive use of force. Probably cause he both slapped him in the face, and then pulled him down midair.

I think it was a fair decision. Plus, he is Draymond Green, one of the thuggiest players in the league.

There were two flagrant 1s on the play so they added it up to a 2
 
It's going to be tough for GS to stop Morant now without negatively impacting their offensive game.
 
Seems from time to time Green bugs out like that or its more in his nature just there is no focus on it, dunno should be flag 1 or two, dont have anything in my recent memory to compare with.

Bucks vs Celtics game, it looked like no one had more than 40% FG holy shit.
 
Don't see the Dubs winning this one now, but you never know.
 
Most NBA calls are 50-50 so I don’t really care about calls going one way or the other but throwing someone out for that is ridiculous
 
GSW look like the best team in the league right now for me, can't see anyone apart from maybe Giannis and Bucks beating them in a 7 game series. MEM needed a lot to go right today (Draymond ejection, 3 pt shooting, questionable foul calls) to even be competitive.
 
What a win despite literally every decision going against the warriors . Embarrassing by the refs

Not sure we’re quite as good as you’re saying but I like to hear it :lol:
 
Memphis rides on hype way to much, that shit works vs another hype up/down team or with weaker mentally/nonhealthy team. All hype moments GSW just soaked and kept the pace with them, no surprise there with experience of Klay, CS and Green and even after ejection, they couldnt put GSW to the sword.

When he's played well he's been very good. When he's been off he's been really off. Strength in numbers is what got this done.

Hope you're okay man. Get well soon mate. You have a chip winning team here. It's impossible to run up the score on GS. They just knock down 3-4 back to back threes and a 12 point lead is now a tied game.

I mean they had possession with 3 secs left to win the game. It's not like their approach wasn't working. It came down to a missed shot by Morant. Memphis played a fantastic game and were in a superb position to win the game.

Surprisingly, GS ended up with more rebounds. Great adjustment in the second half.

Yea i know but still think when they were on top, they should switch gear back to more steady mode, more smarter plays.

From what I've seen of them, that's not really their game. They're at their best when it's a high energy back and forth game. When they slow it down, they start messing up.
 
Impressive win by GSW despite the bad reffing. I am curious if there are stats on how much home advantage is a function of bad refereeing.
 
As a Steph fan, I think another title + fmvp will probably move him to the all-time top 10 level (or at least on par with Kobe).

Especially seeing how badly KD was shut down by the Celtics.

heart in mouth stuff when Klay missed those frees, though I was pretty sure that was a clear Warriors ball off of Brooks. Thought the refs were poor generally.

grizzlies are good, if that last shot goes in we’re having a very different conversation now (obviously…but some criticisms are a little over the top IMO ). While to go in this series yet, think they’ll win at least once in the Bay. BUT…With no Draymond, on the road, and bad refs, really big win. Fun game, on to the next!
