Pelicans are listening to offers for Davis now but seem to have no urgency to trade him within the next weeks. I think if the plan is to let him go then better do that before the draft so they can get another pick and make it.

He should end up with the Lakers really. A package of Lonzo, Ingram and #4 should be all right, they will probably take Garland with #4 and may even try to send Holiday to Suns for #6 or other assets in order to go completely young.

Knicks don’t make sense unless they really lose RJ. Celtics would be dumb to offer all their young assets to be honest. Nets have been rumored but I just don’t get what they could give. Russell would be a nice fit but he’s expiring and they can’t trade him.
 
KD confirmed out of game 4 and Kerr says they hope they can get him back for the series. Told ya.
 
Brooklyn giving up 2 first rounders to get rid of Crabbe's deal. Cap space for 2 max players in the summer now.
 
Wow what a deal. I think it’s also surprisingly good for Atlanta, Prince wasn’t very good for them lately and they get two picks for taking on a year of Crabbe’s deal which doesn’t matter because they weren’t getting big free agents anyway.

Nets must be confident they are getting someone. My bet is Kyrie (rumored recently) and Butler.

Really good for the Hawks. With Crabbe's expiring they'll have quite a few trade chips if they manage to put together something competent on the court.
 
I’ll laugh so hard if Nets get two big free agents and Knicks strike out. If you are a free agent and want to be in New York then definitely Nets are a better place to be than Knicks.

Knicks offering $25million a year to Randle and a random player like Bogdanovic would be beautiful.
 
Nets haven’t given up any of the assets they could use in AD trade either. Pelicans wouldn’t care about no. 17 or 2020 pick.

Could they potentially have all of Kyrie, KD and AD?

If they offer everything for AD maybe Nets will bite. I mean Allen, Harris, LeVert, Prince, Dinwiddie etc. Everything. It would be weird though, they took years of good move to build this young core.
 
I want Portland to draft Dylan Windler so badly.
 
5 minutes of Kellerman, Stephen A, Skip et al is about all I can take. You can tell even from the tone they use to make their points that it’s not actually about debate or discussion but predetermined hot takes. Gets old really quickly.

I’ve been wanting to ask if Mike Breen is legit one of the best sports announcers around? I’m not a prolific enough viewer of American sports to know whether I just like his style or whether he’s genuinely great at what he does.
 
I enjoy Skip and Shannon. Pretty sure Skip's hilarious saltiness towards "#2" and tragic assessment of Curry's performance last night is just an act. The alternative is that he's completely deluded. Either way, entertaining. They had Snoop Dogg on a couple weeks ago and that was worth watching.

From an admittedly blinkered raps perspective, being in the game despite this officiating and our complete inability to make a shot is encouraging.

I'm a big fan of curry but Kawhi is clearly showing he is the better player. I realize they are different types of players but both among the best.
