NBA 2018-2019

There is no guarantee to the Zion thing and from most accounts it's a terrible draft apart from Zion. LeBron also believed that he was going to get big stars to help him but nothing came through in the end . Knicks are the last team in the world I would trust with anything serious

I don’t think it’s terrible. I think some of those other top 10 players and even outside of top 10 will become good NBA players. There’s just less recognized star potential but then again Lonzo and Fultz were supposed to be stars while Mitchell was largely not talked about. Hell, Monk was rated miles higher. You never know.

They have 14% chance at Zion and if they get him they can either keep him or get AD back. Win-win either way. I think even a package of Ja Morant, Knox, Robinson and 3-4 picks could get you AD this Summer, honestly, if Boston don’t offer Tatum.

Reading that Goldsberry piece...

Always felt the corner three was a gimme for great shooter and a gotcha moment for one side. It's a shorter distance and for some reason it just seems an easier shot even discounting the distance bit.

What about eliminating the corner three altogether? Once the arc stops that ends the three-line.
Or, keep the corner three but extend the court width to allow a uniformed perimeter?

Can't see elimination happening. Nor can I envision the NBA expanding the court width and taking away those thousand dollar seats, even if just one row.

Bucks ahead by 11, almost the end of third quarter. Nice!

Fingers crossed but the defeatist in me seems to have been wrong, fortunately, on that one when I said Bucks wouldn’t win any of the games in Boston. The crowd has basically gone silent already

Too soon man, too soon!

Yeah right Portland, go into multiple overtime to ensure I die of heart attack today.

Is there a rule in basketball where you are not allowed to give any fouls on Jokic after he already has 4 or 5? It was ridiculous in game 2 where he probably had 10 in total but stayed on the floor.

We lose :( Turned to shit after that CJ three.

If we go into a few more overtimes can we merge game 3 and 4?

Hood had some balls there.

Awful shot selection by CJ but he actually got an offensive rebound there

They have to foul twice. If they don’t get a steal here it’s probably over.

Think they could’ve done a lot better than that with more than 2” on the clock.

Happy for the Blazers though.
